First time there good food nice atmosphere. Waitress horrible will never go back because of her. Actually told customers I accused her of stealing my credit card! Couldn’t find it and asked her if she gave back to me? Eventually found on the table. Actually gave her a 23% tip prior. Even after I confronted the owner she continued. Never will be back!

Fusion kitchen is a fantastic place to go eat, drink, and have a great time! The food is always fantastic and made fresh. I have been here many times and can truly say the food and service have never disappointed me. The wings are the best around as well as the homemade blue cheese that comes with it! The waitresses are always nice and responsive. The chef/owner Walt is amazing and always kind. You can tell he’s truly passionate about cooking and his business. I would highly recommend everyone giving it a try, as I know you’ll be hooked!

The layout of the restaurant was different, I almost rated it a 4. Open and airy. The odd thing about this place is that the bar and restaurant are different businesses, so you have 2 bills to pay. The wit beer I had was a little sour for my taste. My chicken sandwich was good, my friends tuna was just ok. They had live music that was also just ok.

I don’t typically like to give local businesses negative reviews, however, in this case, I am sharing my experience, hoping to save others from the complete catering debacle I had. The level of unprofessionalism and incompetence was truly unbelievable to me.
I scheduled a 50-person catering job for my daughter’s bridal shower 6 months in advance. It should have been a red flag when emails and calls were either not responded to, or very delayed, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, as the previous reviews seemed positive.
The day of the event, they had the wrong time for delivery (even after confirming a couple of days prior) and the food arrived almost an hour after guests arrived (after multiple calls wondering where they were).
This was trip #1 of the order. I was shocked that this even went out the door for delivery. The first picture was supposed to be tuna poke cups, and this is what we received. The cheese tray was ridiculous, and the meatballs burned. A good portion of the order was missing, so when I called, I was told they were “still working on it and it would be out shortly”! This was now well over an hour into the shower. Still working on it an hour and a half after the order was supposed to be delivered?!!
Trip#2 came later, and there were still items missing, the amount of food was not even close to enough for 50 people. Meatball sandwiches with no rolls, dip with nothing to dip into it, and when asked about why one of the appetizers never came, well, it was because they burned the order!
I forgot to mention that trip #3 was delivered by his 16-year-old employee who was apparently off that day and her mother, in her mother’s car! No criticism to them, that is definitely going above and beyond as an employee.
An “excuse” was that there were 4 parties that day! As a customer, I don’t want to hear that. Don’t accept additional catering jobs if you cannot handle them! Seems as though this business may be taking on more than they can handle too quickly. They had 6 months’ notice, and these are special events families are looking forward to, that you are trusted to deliver on, and the failure was epic. Thank goodness we all refused to allow this to ruin our event, but this type of situation definitely could have!
Most of my guests are local to the area and like to support local businesses, however, none of us would recommend using Fusion Kitchen for any catering jobs. This was a complete disaster.

We did speak to the owner post event, who was very apologetic, and I hope for the sake of his business, he gets this figured out.

First time going there & went in for buck a shuck as advertised from 5-10 on FB. We arrived a little after 6:00 and were told that they were out of oysters already. How can you advertise that as a special every Friday night and run out an hour into it? There are only like 15 tables in the entire place. So we ordered other food, mussels and tuna poke, and 45 mins after ordering, we were told that the kitchen was backed up. Mussels take 5 mins and the tuna is raw. Not sure why we waited an hour for food that barely needed to be cooked and wasn’t even in the works yet. We ended up leaving disappointed and hungry.

Recently discovered this place. I’m a Crooked eye fan and the food is pretty damn tasty. Had the lump crab cake and they have crab legs! My girl has the bbq pork quesadillas and a burger. Huge burger. Said it was great. My recommendation is the crab legs. Crooked eye Brewery and some live acoustic music. Nice night.

We had a great meal at Fusion Kitchen on Wednesday! I don’t know how this place wasn’t crowded because the food was delicious! Cheesesteak egg rolls, Reuben sandwich, burger and truffle parm fries, and chicken and wild rice soup-all prepared fresh and quick by the owner. Buck a shuck oysters on Wednesdays so we had some of those as well!! All in all a great experience and we will be back. If you haven’t checked it out yet, what are you waiting for?!?

All you can eat dungeness crab on Tuesday... Only ate one plate?. So delicious, sweet and fresh. Hubby's potato soup, to die for! Chef/owner went above and beyond to make items not on the summer menu. He even served food and bussed tables. A+ in my book
