We did the Saturday special for 13 bagels and when I went to freeze I was short 3. At 7:40 should not be to hard to court out 13 bagels! I will be in tomorrow morning to get my 3.
Update: thank you for your quick response! Went and and picked up the bagels!!

Only drive thru open, took forever the they forgot my coffee so I callled and of course nobody answers. If you’re short staffed just shut the place down for the day. The $875 you did in sales today is not gonna cancel out all the negative experiences

Best 🥯!! They forgot my cream cheese which wasn't great. But, the girl Brittany was super great in making it right. She even let me stop to get it on my way home from work cuz more convenient for me..and they had already closed for the day and were busy cleaning up... that's the way to make customers happy and get repeat business 😉😊

Nova lax bagel to salty to much do cappers not toast
Kinda bummed with this location. I haven’t been here in awhile, ordering ahead wasn’t available. The bagels I wanted weren’t available through drive through. So then I went in..all teenage girls working. While they were super sweet, they were running around not really sure what order went where. What was on what order. I got my Santa Fe and there were only 2 strips of bacon, one completely on the outside of the bagel. My husband went in and asked for more. My son’s bagel wasn’t toasted so butter was thrown on bread essentially. This used to be my go to location but I’ll be sticking with Willow grove. Order is always right, super clean inside, and majority adults are working and take pride in the food. Very different experience

Manhattan Bagels has long been one of my favorite bagel brands. Their bagels and cream cheeses are great. This review is for the new ownership of this specific location. Ever since this location changes ownership and included Nina’s Waffles, the service and quality has gone down. I gave it multiple chances, but every time I have gone since it changed hands, the service time has been extremely long. Went today and it took forever for a single bagel with cream cheese and 1 coffee. Only 2 cars in front of me in line. The bagel looked like it was haphazardly prepared. Very disappointing. If I didn’t like the product itself so much and this want the closest location, I would not return here.

Everytime I come in to eat I am greeted and waited on at the counter. Not every location is like this and I appreciate the actual customer service here. 4 star only because it is a fast casual place.
