Manhattan Bagels has long been one of my favorite bagel brands. Their bagels and cream cheeses are great. This review is for the new ownership of this specific location. Ever since this location changes ownership and included Nina’s Waffles, the service and quality has gone down. I gave it multiple chances, but every time I have gone since it changed hands, the service time has been extremely long. Went today and it took forever for a single bagel with cream cheese and 1 coffee. Only 2 cars in front of me in line. The bagel looked like it was haphazardly prepared. Very disappointing. If I didn’t like the product itself so much and this want the closest location, I would not return here.

Everytime I come in to eat I am greeted and waited on at the counter. Not every location is like this and I appreciate the actual customer service here. 4 star only because it is a fast casual place.

Ordered a nova lox sandwich. It has just two ingredients, lox and cream cheese. Got he lox, but no cream cheese. How do you leave out one of just two ingredients . Seriously.

I am so disappointed. I have been driving from center city for years to come to this particular location. It was worth the trip since the bagels were the best outside of New York that I had for years. The couple who own it are meticulous about their quality but it has changed so much I thought that it had been sold. Last week we had another bad batch of a dozen bagels that were partially raw and unevenly seasoned. Based on the photo it looks as if they aren’t even the same flavor. I wish the new bakers took as much pride as the husband who we saw working there all the time. I wish the previous owners nothing but relaxing times ahead, they worked hard for the 15 years I came here, but it is no longer worth the trip or money.
