I want to preface this by saying the service and overall customer experience was pleasant and met expectations. This although, does not make up for the serious food safety concerns that I have. Out of our group, three of us ate the miso soup base. It had a weird odor but it was something that we weren’t astutely familiar with so we gave it a try. Those three people are currently violently ill and it is reasonable to assume that it derived from the soup.
This is incredibly frustrating as a consumer. If you are a business who’s entire income is food and harboring an experience that will result in a returning customer, why would you handle it with a level of neglect that would create a food born illness? It isn’t something that “just happens.” It is a product of a back of the house culture that has no regard for the health and safety of the customer. I have seen similar remarks in other reviews so this appears to be consistent. I rarely wish ill will but in this case I do wish that a health inspector would stop in and lock your doors. Children eat your food, you are a disgrace.

This is a great restaurant. I drive here for 30 minutes and am always ready to go back! The food is simply delicious and fresh. The way it's prepared and the service is so quick, it attracts customers! The kids love the robot that delivers food! I highly recommend coming here again and again!

Second time visiting, and unfortunately it confirmed my first impression. The spicy seafood ramen had an extremely thick, heavy broth, and the seafood flavor was overpoweringly fishy. I normally finish any seafood dish—ramen included—and usually enjoy every bite, but this time I couldn’t eat it. The seafood aroma and taste were too strong, bordering on unpleasant, even for someone who loves seafood. This photo is literally my leftovers, which is rare for me. I wanted to like it, but I just couldn’t finish.”

Amazing food! I got the anime modern ramen noodles through DoorDash and ate it for 3 days while I was sick because it was the only thing I wanted to eat. I’ve also never had authentic ramen before this so this was surprisingly really tasty and something I’d recommend.

Awesome, delicious, and fun place. The ramen is legit, the boba tea is delicious, and the skewers are perfect for letting kids try a variety of things. And, bonus, there's a cat robot thing that delivers the food to the table.

If you like Anime and Ramen, this is the place for you. Young and old, they have plenty of options for anyone's taste buds. Great tasting food, nice Anime atmosphere, clean restrooms with handicap provisions, and great service from staff and the kitty-bots that you can interact with. Highly recommend.

Kids and adults both loved our visit to Noodle House! The fun anime wall décor and the adorable robot kitty server made the whole experience extra memorable. The staff works hard to keep things moving and get food out quickly, and we really appreciated their hustle. Our dishes were delicious—especially the custom ramen and the crispy chicken bao. We’ll definitely be back!
Was pleasantly surprised that this establishment had an extensive menu and very high quality food. Bao Down was tender. The fried rice is delish. Staff was attentive to my food allergy, very friendly and helpful. Robot assistance was novel and fun.

THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!
We were warmly greeted by the service there and they immediately brought out water and drinks for us.
The menu selection was really cool and you can create your own ramen. We also all go Bao Buns for an appetizer and they were so delicious and soft.
Dishes came out perfectly and everything was well prepared. If you're in the area definitely check this place out, vibes and food are amazing.
