We used Our Towne for our son’s rehearsal dinner in the hotel’s meeting room. Bill was so easy to work with, very accommodating for our asks to tweak his menu to include more vegetarian and salad options. Guests enjoyed it so much they asked if he had a restaurant that they could eat in. I could not recommend them more! Great value for the price! Would gladly use again! Thank you so much!

My husband found this place to caterer for my 30th birthday party and I’m glad he did. The food was amazing and my guests can’t stop raving about the French toast casserole. There was virtually no food left to take home. I couldn’t be happier! I’m looking forward to using their services again and recommending them to everyone I know!

Attended a company breakfast buffet which was catered by Our Towne Catering and it was very good. The company went with the Lancaster Breakfast Buffet and it had a good selection of foods to choose from, large portions, and everything was made fresh and delicious. Food arrived at the arranged scheduled time and was set up professionally and neatly. We were all very pleased. Thanks for the great food and service.

We used Our Towne for a post-wedding brunch and the food was AMAZING. They were extremely professional, timely and helpful with the delivery, set-up and pick-up. We had sandwiches, bagels, a fruit platter, quiches, etc. and everything was so unbelievably fresh. Truly amazing quality and service. The fruit stayed good for days after- that's how we knew how fresh it was!

Bill and his team catered our daughter's first birthday party and everything was fantastic from start to finish! Bill helped me customize a menu that met our needs, was transparent on pricing and was responsive in the days leading up to the event. The day of, the food was delivered timely and set up beautifully and the food was delicious. When we were done, there were containers for us to take leftovers, and Bill's team did a great job cleaning up so there was nothing for us to do. I would gladly use them again for another event!

Bill and his team catered our post elopement party in the beginning of May. It was such a pleasure working with him leading up to the party. He was flexible, quick to respond, and offered great suggestions and very reasonable pricing. The team who staffed the party was so professional- serving guests, tending the bar, cleaning up. We had about 100 guests. Everyone raved about the food, especially the meatballs. Thanks Bill!

Absolutely can NOT recommend this place more! They catered our daughter's college graduation party (60 people) yesterday and it was spectacular.
Bill is just about the nicest guy you'll ever meet; Tim, the onsite grill chef, was a hoot; and Grace, the server, lived up to her name, willing to help out w/anything. Not to mention the food was outstanding - almost every single attendee mentioned how good the ribs and chicken and grilled vegetables were. Most places would just have zucchini, yellow squash, red peppers and maybe some onion in theirs. Our Towne also added portobello mushrooms, asparagus and yellow peppers. Fantastic!
And we planned on having lemonade and iced tea, and at the last minute asked if the iced tea could be unsweetened. Bill took the initiative to make both sweetened AND unsweetened tea w/out being asked.
The only negative I can think of if asked was that I thought the salad dressings were homemade, and served in a container or bowl rather than bottled dressing. Not a big deal in my book. More of an aesthetic thing.
Lastly, I'm going to recommend, Bill, that you raise prices a little bit. You read that right. You earned every penny of what we paid but for the quality of food and service, you deserve more.

I used this caterer for a baby shower at my home. Everyone raved about the food. The two employees that came to set up were right on time and did a fabulous job. Even provided salt and pepper, all serving utensils and little labels for all the food. They left a whole set of back up food and provided the heater box to keep it in. Highly recommend.
