Owow Cow blew us away with their espresso ice cream milkshakes. We ordered two, and honestly, we were shocked at how perfect they were. The texture was smooth and creamy, with little chocolate bits that added just the right crunch. The espresso and chocolate blend was rich, balanced, and absolutely delicious.
If you’re an ice cream lover (or just a milkshake fan), Owow Cow is a must. It’s the kind of treat that makes you stop mid-sip to appreciate how good it is. We’ll definitely be back for more!

Such a cute, warm, welcoming ice cream shop! We went for an impromptu date night, and so glad we decided to check this place out. The ice cream is so yummy! Lots of fun flavors to choose from and the atmosphere is so cozy and inviting! We’re going again for a planned ice cream date tonight!

Excellent and locally sourced ingredients. This is probably, hands down, the best ice cream in the surrounding area. I have been between the dublin and chalfont locations many times in the last 7 years and it’s consistently good. Everyone I turn on to this place loves it. Took my parents, from California, and they thought it was outstanding.

Not sure why it has such high ratings. The ice cream was not good at all. The only taste was sweet and nothing else. I have had so much better elsewhere. Definitely will not be going back. Plus, in the store, it smells like manure or something. Was not pleasant. However, the service was great and friendly.

Such a unique ice cream experience. The flavor options made it difficult to decide on a flavor. All the flavors I sampled were delicious. I decided on the sweet local corn flavor ice cream to try something outside of the normal flavors. It was fantastic. My entire family enjoyed their ice cream and we look forward to going back.

I’m tempted to give them a lower review but their Ice cream is fantastic. The service and their pricing system is an absolute joke and borderline insulting. Lets get into it -
1. You get 2 scoops regardless of the size you pick. Their prices are already outrageous and the difference between a small and a large is roughly $4. One of the only ice cream places I ever been that a small is the same amount of scoops as a large.
2. But let’s pretend that is normal. The amount of ice cream you get has nothing to do with the size you pay for and everything to do with the employee that is scooping your ice cream. You might be thinking this guy is nit-picky or do you need that much ice cream….. Which I would normally agree with you but …… what they charge for their ice cream is already criminal…. It gets old very quickly paying 4 more dollars for a large and the person in front of you ordered a small but are getting double the amount of ice cream
3. I was never going to write a review on this because again the ice cream is good and I choose to go there knowing how outrageous their prices are and how inconsistent they are with their sizing….. until tonight happened.
My wife and I and a few friends all went to Owowcow. My friends ordered two small cones and my wife and I both ordered two large ice creams cones (all were only two scoops). Our friends cones were easily double the size as they had a different person serving them their ice cream. We all just laughed as it has become a running joke that you never know what you are going to get when you order at Owowcow. But what really bothered us was when the employee ringing us up saw our ice cream and said “two smalls”. Being honest we said “well they were actually suppose to be two larges” the cashier then proceeds to charge us for two larges after she just acknowledged that they appeared to be smalls. Again this is about an $8 difference and then we tip 20 percent on top. I said well you very clearly can see these are not larges and my friends were still standing there with their two smalls which towered over our two “larges”. She then said well best I can do is charge you for two mediums then……Which is fine….. these are young kids just working a summer job I have no problem with that. I paid for my two “mediums “ and was on my way.
4. What is bothersome is the fact that these owners try and promote that they are a local family friendly establishment and that couldn’t be further from the truth. We been to this location probably over a 100 times and have not once seen the owners or even an employee that didn’t look like a high school kid (again no shade to them it’s great they are out there working). The owners clearly do nothing to train these employees to ensure their customers are getting a good consistent experience and are too busy sitting at home counting their money laughing at the fact that people…. Like myself…. Are willing to pay that much for Ice cream. For what you charge…. be better….. show the slightest bit of effort and at least pretend that you care about your customers. Maybe you should pump the breaks on all your new locations and improve the ones you currently have.

The ice cream was way too sweet for me. Even the berries fruit flavor that were supposed to be tart were too sweet. Watermelon sorbet was more like water ice than sorbet.

Such a unique place to grab some homemade ice cream. My family and I always love visiting here because there’s something for everyone. They have vegan and gluten free options for me and special seasonal treats for my kids and wife.

Our family enjoys going to Ow Wow Cow to try new flavors. We have found some great ones and some ones that didn't have the punch we hoped for. But we keep going back because it's a fun time and the staff is great. Prices are reasonable for a locally made product, but more expensive than the grocery store.
Vegetarian options: There is almost always a Vegan option. My child ordered them previously and enjoyed them.
Kid-friendliness: Staff friendly and recommends popular kid choices, with a sample. Kid sized portions are large. Bonus is the giant chalkboard the kids can draw on.
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs from parking lot to counter and most tables. Does have a second room that does have a step.

Read about this place so I took the family, and it did not disappoint! Got the local peach and blackberry twist, fantastic. My son had cookies and cream. Everything tasted fresh. I samples some kind of corn butter flavor. There are some really unique flavors here which makes the experience really cool.
