Got a roni pizza. Crust was good, rest flavorless. Looked like cheese w pre shredded cheese bought cheese. The stuff coated in corn starch that prevents sticking and won’t melt correctly. Roni was 3-4 small pcs per slice. Barstool was wrong. 5.9

Just stopped by the new pizza spot under the new management and had the BEST tomato pie I’ve ever tasted! The sauce was absolutely perfect — sweet, rich, and full of flavor. You can tell they put real care into their ingredients and preparation. Great service, warm atmosphere, and a must-try if you’re in the area. Excited to come back again!

Quality has gone down a ton at peppinnos ever since ONE BITE happened. The pizza was okay today but my chicken cutlet sandwich was a 3/10. Bread was old and stale but no way was it as old as the chicken cutlet that was just cold. Overall, the bread was crunchy while the cutlet was soggy and overcooked. Prob would not come back for a while.
Authentic south Philly style food. Everything I tried has been great. My favorite is the cheesesteak. They also have stocks pound cake. Staff is very friendly.

We ordered takeout for a family gathering and had an outstanding experience. We had dietary restrictions that Peppino's easily and correctly accommodated. The staff was friendly and attentive. We ordered Peppino's famous tomato pie, the upside down pizza loaded with fresh toppings, Peppino's awesome Italian hoagie and a juicy Roast Pork sandwich. Every bite was delicious. I highly recommend Peppino's to anyone searching for great Italian pizza and sandwiches in a welcoming, local shop.
