LOVE this PrimoHoagies location! Craig and Kristin make me feel like a VIP every time I visit and always call me by my first name which is SO lovely and special! I recommend this location to anyone wanting amazing hoagies, clean location and EXCELLENT customer service! :-)

Hoagies are good, haven't cut back on the meat like other places so it still makes it worth ordering for the price. The only complaint I have is with the service. If you close at 8pm, why are doors locked before 7:30pm? We tried going this past weekend around 7:15pm and to our surprise, the doors were locked. We saw two employees walking around so it wasn't like it was a staffing issue. Unfortunately, we won't be back since we have no idea what their hours of operation...
