Recently have had a few negative experiences at this Rita's. Nothing against the kids who are running it, but the few times the boy (I didn't catch his name on his tag) who made my cone handed me a flat, fat pile of ice cream on a cone with barely any sprinkles on it. Service time is slow (2 people running one window) and just overall the staff could be friendlier. The quality of the product is fine, the facility always smells like bleach (this is not a bad thing)and...
I haven't had Rita's in years since I moved to Alaska. I recently went back home to bucks county and ordered the Mango Italian ice with vanilla custard. OMG. Amazing. I had to go back the following night and had the orange and vanilla cream custard with vanilla Italian ice. Delicious... The staff was very friendly. Go treat yourself to some tasty Rita's Italian ice.
The positive - as always the water ice was delicious. A nice sweet girl delivered my order correctly with a smile. The negative - As this sweet girl was serving me a woman in the back wearing a bandana on her head was screaming at this girl at making her tear up. Very unprofessional and aggressive. Is it too hard to just be kind? 5 stars for the girl that served me. (-1 star for the lady yelling in the back!)
