Reliably slow, Not bad if you don't mind waiting 15 minutes for a weird variation of what you actually ordered.

This is about coffee from this morning. Ordered dark toast. Very weak. This store and many others use a thermos to store coffee, which usually means coffee is not hot enough. But I’m surprised how weak it is too. Should have asked for the pike but likely it’d be weaker.

I was grocery shopping at Giant Food Store on County Line Road and purchased a Caramel Frappuccino when finished. Nick, the gentleman behind the Starbucks counter was very pleasant and efficient. I learned that by presenting my Giant frequent flyer card when making a purchase at Starbucks, I earn a free beverage after 6 purchased beverages. As often as I have shopped at this Giant and gotten a beverage at the end of my shopping trip, not one employee has previously offered this to me. Nick was very knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks Nick.

I usually don't leave reviews but my experience was so above and beyond, I felt like proper thanks must be given. I always think this is my secret Starbucks spot on the way to work because even though I can't order ahead on my app, I can usually get right in and out because the line is either very short or nonexistent. On this particular day, I was in a bit of a hurry and there was only one barista, Nick. Even though I could tell he was very busy and obviously flying solo, he was giving great customer service to each person in line and making us laugh on top of it. He was reminding each guest to put in their Giant rewards number (which I always forget) and how those rewards can pay off in addition to the Starbucks app rewards, which was so helpful. When it was my turn he took my order and made it with pizazz! When I tell you I order the same drink at every Starbucks about 3-5 times a week and this was THE BEST ONE YET I am not lying!!!I also love that he shook the drink properly because sometimes it's not shaken and that always cracks me up because its literally in the name of the drink. (Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso)Anyway, just wanted to give some appreciation to a great employee who got everyone in and out as quickly as possible and made us all smile in the process. THANK YOU!

I ordered a mocha cookie crumble frappe, there where two workers. A young one and an old one. The young one was rude and chewing gum obviously and the old one was being rude and treated me like I’m trash. The frappe was good, but the service just messed up everything. Just like the review, it’s bad service.

Friendly. Cups are always sticky but people are great.

Love this Starbucks.

Every time I go here, I get a different experience. It all depends on who is working. The older women are rude and don’t like to do anything extra. The younger girls who work there are wonderful. So polite and friendly. They don’t mind going the extra step. It’s just the older women who make it so unpleasant. I won’t even order from her if those older lady’s are there. I’d rather drive 10 mins out of my way then to deal with those miserable women.
