I usually just give the name “T”when I do pick up orders to make the process easier. So you can only imagine my surprise when I looked at my receipt and saw this written. This was for my family so seeing this was extremely offensive. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses it with their team. No customer should have to deal with something like this when simply picking up food. Whether it was a failed attempt at humor it was unprofessional and a line was crossed.

the food was amazing, freshly cooked, and looks exactly like the picture of the sandwich. the sandwich wasn't sloppy. it was delicious. place was spotless. the person who took my order and made my food was jose... well at least that's what the receipt said. he is skinny and have tattoos on his neck. he even helped a lady who was doing a pickup order take the items to the car. he's a gentleman. that needs to be the manager. we did take out but set down after ordering. he bought the shakes to the table. the milk shakes were good. really good. anyways I live a hour from this location and I plan to come back 🤪

Delicious food. Ya can have it made your way too. Fantastic customer service aswell. I had the Buffalo chicken sandwich. It was big and yummy. The cheese curds perfect.🍽🍗❤️

Love the burgers here as always! Lot of nice options for the build your own burger. Very few burger places these days let me build a burger to be as spicy as I like.

The ghost pepper burger was great! It has jalapeno peppers and a tasty ghost pepper sauce on it, and it was fantastic. Best burger I have eaten in a long time. The French fries were crispy and delicious too. I'll be back for more.

Atmosphere and staff were wonderful. The food however was subpar at best. Their featured items "spicy" cheese curds were sweet. Their bourbon burger had 2 of the smallest onion rings I've ever seen and the sauce was overpowering to the point of totally obliterating my palette. The bacon cheese friends would have been very good except half of the bacon was burnt and black. Fried pickles had a weird sweetness to them as well which simply weren't to my taste. The one highlight of the meal was the milkshakes. Both the vanilla and the strawberry shortcake were quite good. My husband did enjoy the ghost pepper burger, had good spice and flavor.

I had never been to wayback burgers before but I must say everything we ordered was delicious and fresh. We ordered with special instructions and everything was made exactly how we wanted. Definitely recommend going to this specific location.
