My husband and I were there on March 14th 2024 for dinner (approx 5:45pm), I have been here numerous times, but for some reason something was definitely off with this visit. They had the normal business, but the waitress service was very slow, and even during our dinner, we took notice that as people were leaving, the waitresses were not even clearing the tables on a timely manner.One table in particular across from us, the family (3 people) had finished their dinner and stacked their plates at the end of the table and were sitting there waiting for their dessert (free ice cream) and even after the waitress brought the ice cream to the table, she never cleared the dirty dishes off of the table.Finally, after sitting about 10 minutes, our waitress (Jessica) came over to take our order and I had ordered the batter, dipped haddock dinner, and my husband ordered two piece broasted chicken dinner.Finally, after sitting there for approximately 25 minutes (refilling our drinks two times in this timeframe), the waitress finally brought our food over. At no time when we placed our order did the waitress, tell us that there would be a 20 to 25 minute wait for the chicken to be cooked (this has never happened in the past).I have to say that we were not pleased with the chicken after waiting that amount of time, the pieces (leg and thigh) were very small and dried out.We took notice during our time at the restaurant, that Jessica and the other waitress on duty, seem to do quite a bit of standing around back in their area just socializing with each other instead of taking the time and clearing the dirty tables.Also note… Before I left, I rechecked their dinner menu just to confirm about a waiting time If you ordered the broasted chicken… And there was nothing printed on the menu.I have to admit that we will definitely not beccoming back to 30 West anytime soon!!

Service greatAtmosphere friendly clean and tidyBroasted chicken was always my favorite here and the last two times the price has gone up and the chicken was very dry. Not sure if they're over cooking it or using a different provider. Chicken used to be very moist and delicious. I was not pleased the last two times with the b r o a s t e d chicken and won't get it again. Overall their food is very reasonably priced even though the prices went up as all places after pandemic. Was only disappointed with the chicken or their other food is excellent still other than they switched to real potatoes to instant potatoes so next time I will get a baked potato.

Great food great service. Parking can be troublesome. More often than not we have to drive around building and parking lot numerous times waiting for a parking location.

The service and friendliness - I rate a 5. Do yourself a favor and try their authentic Greek Salad and dressing. Their food is like eating a simple home cooked meal, which my wife and I like to do from time to time. Nothing fancy, just good home cooking.
