This is place is horrible. I stopped on Friday night and bought a Turkey Ranch Wrap. The young man came to the drive thru window wearing not a hat but a bandana. The wrap was so old that I couldn’t eat it. I took the turkey out of the wrap and I didn’t have any bacon. The fries was so old and cold that you couldn’t even chew them. I sent an email to corporate and they offered me a 7$ coupon to replace the combo. So you spend 14$ and Arby’s will send you one sandwhich coupon when the food is bad. I even called the store 3 times and left a message for the manager but she never called me back. What a great company !!

I went through the drive-thru around 1:30-2pm today in the middle of an anxiety attack, hoping for a quick meal for the family that didn’t involve work nor stress, (May 2nd, 2024), and I just have to say the girl working drive through was great. She was kind, efficient, fast and even had a sense of humor. I have intense social anxiety, and she helped me leave the drive-thru calm and happier. I love when I experience employees like that. And the food was yummy too! Thankful for decent people in this day that don’t make me feel like a burden for ordering.

Stopped in to grab a meal for my mother in a rehab facility on the way to visit her. Ordered and asked for a seedless bun and to have the meal double bagged to keep hot. The cashier gladly helped me out with both requests.
