Food from Arby's isn't a 5 star Michelin restaurant but it's pretty good for fast food. Getting 2 tater tots in my curly fries was a great surprise but not typically expected. The service staff seemed overwhelmed and slow.

The man at the counter doesn’t understand what a coupon is and told me I had to pay for my meal when I handed a coupon across the counter. The staff needs to learn what the hell is going on with promotions and stuff

Picked up an online order through the drive-thru tonight. The food was hot, fresh, and tasted delicious. The employee working the window was named Heather. She was very nice and friendly. I asked for sauces and originally thought they had forgot them but it was my mistake and they had fallen out of the bag. She gave us more sauces with no problem. Thank you for a good experience!

This is place is horrible. I stopped on Friday night and bought a Turkey Ranch Wrap. The young man came to the drive thru window wearing not a hat but a bandana. The wrap was so old that I couldn’t eat it. I took the turkey out of the wrap and I didn’t have any bacon. The fries was so old and cold that you couldn’t even chew them. I sent an email to corporate and they offered me a 7$ coupon to replace the combo. So you spend 14$ and Arby’s will send you one sandwhich coupon when the food is bad. I even called the store 3 times and left a message for the manager but she never called me back. What a great company !!
