Food from Arby's isn't a 5 star Michelin restaurant but it's pretty good for fast food. Getting 2 tater tots in my curly fries was a great surprise but not typically expected. The service staff seemed overwhelmed and slow.

Picked up an online order through the drive-thru tonight. The food was hot, fresh, and tasted delicious. The employee working the window was named Heather. She was very nice and friendly. I asked for sauces and originally thought they had forgot them but it was my mistake and they had fallen out of the bag. She gave us more sauces with no problem. Thank you for a good experience!

I went through the drive-thru around 1:30-2pm today in the middle of an anxiety attack, hoping for a quick meal for the family that didn’t involve work nor stress, (May 2nd, 2024), and I just have to say the girl working drive through was great. She was kind, efficient, fast and even had a sense of humor. I have intense social anxiety, and she helped me leave the drive-thru calm and happier. I love when I experience employees like that.
