Good food, friendly staff, good location in the square of Chambersburg, i never have a problem finding parking when I go there. Unfortunately they dont have evening hours. I get the Tuna Melt which i really like. Have not really tried anything else.

Had lunch with my Mom and my daughter joined us while on break as a docent at the Old Jail museum. Food was delicious and fresh - we will be back to try more of the menu!

My wife and daughter had been here before and liked it, so I took my wife here for a little date day lunch. It was good, I definitely enjoyed my meatball sub, and my wife loved her chicken pesto panini. The motif and the atmosphere in this place were also exquisite from the outside in, upstairs and down a very enjoyable place to eat. I did find out that the business is getting ready to change hands, but is to remain the Avocado Cafe, and hopefully, they continue to serve good food and have good service. Also, last but not least, if you are looking for someplace to have a party, the upstairs is apparently able to be rented out.

Parking: There is plenty of parking however it.is a paid lot, but it was only like 1 dollar for about 4 hours.

I walked past it like 4 times because there was some sort of festival going on and I didn't see the big sign above my head. The workers were really nice and the food was good. It would be nice if they had more drink and dessert options. My food came with a pickle spear and some chips. The lemon berry cake slice was very good and not too small.

We were walking by, and the sign on the sidewalk grabbed my attention. We decided to stop and try it out. This proved to be a good choice! I eat lots of caprese salads... the Avocado Caprese Salad was a great spin on a standard dish! The avocado was the perfect ripeness... not too hard, not soft & squishy. The Black Bean Avocado Wrap was delicious... we cleaned our plates!! I highly recommend checking out the Avocado Cafe; unless, of course, you don't like avocados ?

We stopped in for lunch on a Wednesday while traveling through Chambersburg. We got the green enchilada salad and pesto arugula chicken wrap. The food was very good. There weren’t too many people there when we arrived but soon after a bunch of people came in. The cashier was friendly and she was moving fast. She was taking orders and taking care of tables. The food came out pretty quickly. Parking is metered on the street out front or park a couple blocks away - I think there are streets with no meters. It’s not expensive to park in Chambersburg anyway. I would definitely go back again.

Parking: Metered parking on the street free certain days/times

I’ve been here about a year ago and food was decent. I’ve recently went on two separate occasions, it says online they were open, the hours on the door said they should have been opened and I show up and doors are locked and the lights off. Called the business phone and of course no answer. Really frustrating since I was meeting someone there for breakfast.
