Apparently you can only get gas with your physical card? News to me. Why have a mobile app card if you can’t use it when getting gas aka the most convenient time to have a mobile app with a card. Then the lady working the gas station said if I didn’t have my physical card on me, I would have to go into the store to get a new one! when all I needed was GAS, had my card on app to prove I was a PAYING member, over some gas????????? Back to Sams club it is

Worst customer service! Placed an online order to pick up. When I arrived they gave me my slip showing charge for all items and told me to find the bin with my items. I found the bin and it was missing an item. I went back to customer service and the guy acted like I was inconveniencing him. He lookEd up the item and said they didn’t have it. I asked for a refund and told him I was upset that they hadn’t informed me of the issue and processed the refund when I fist asked for

I was pleased with the customer service upon signing up and appreciated the veteran discount on membership, but was disappointed with the pricing and limitations on organic, gluten free products, and limited selection of quality meats. I hope to see more benefits here than the discount on ice cream and the gas prices, but just by the fact that BJ's only offers pine nuts in 8oz packages and the price is expensive. I can buy most of the choices I'd select here, at other stores without the membership fee, I'm still trying to even justify paying the discounted price for membership. Filling up every time I need gas, at 10 cents savings, even 50 tanks of gas a year, at 15 gallons will only save me $75 and I rarely let my gas go that low. I don't see the justification in going through the maze of finding the market for the little savings. I think I might go back to Costco where Pine nuts come in 1 pound packages for $21, greater selections on organic foods, gluten free foods, and $4.99 hormone free chicken, 24 oz Bitchin Almond Sauce, good sales, and equal savings for gas. So far, I'm disappointed. I hope you can change my mind and earn a better review.

Customer service should supersede policy. I bought 2 tickets to AMC theater and a $10 gift certificate for $25.99. ASSUMING I was getting a “deal”, only to go to the mall and learn that tickets are only $6.99 a piece. I would LOOSE money by using this! I expected BJ's to do the right thing and refund my money. No refund- “it is their policy to not refund gift certificates. “ “ It's not their fault AMC reduced their prices. “ “It's a third party vendor.” None of these excuses show customer appreciation and definitely not discount shopping. Regardless of your policy- right is right and I will not be back. Disappointed-

Whoever came up with the idea of “self checkout” needs fired! I came in on Sunday 7/15 at 4:19pm. When I wanted to checkout, I was directed to a self checkout register. I looked around and saw 7 employees standing around directing and assisting other customers with the self checkouts. This is obviously not a staffing issue as there were plenty of staff to help. This is simply a management issue that hopefully gets fixed soon. If this is the future and direction that BJ's is heading, I will not be back.

I left your Chambersburg location extremely p.o. If the next time I have to use the self checkout you will be putting my entire cart away and I will travel to Hagerstown Sam's club. You had 6 people standing around doing nothing, one guy dancing and me and my family scanning and loading our things. As a store like the products and prices, but if you don't change the checkout process we will not be back.

I am a member and shop often with members coupons. Problem is many times the coupon/discounted items are not stocked, only advertised by savings coupons received in the mail. Two days ago while shopping in this store I found a rotten, busted open watermelon on the top of the crate of watermelons in the produce section. When I informed one of the employees about this watermelon they just looked at me like I offended them, told me thank you, and never took any action about it. Today when shopping at this store 3 employees stood around the cash registers while only the self check lines were open. When I asked if only self check was open I was told that Bj's was going to 100% self check out? Didn't understand why employees are being paid just to stand around the registers if only self checkout is to be the only option? Because of these issues coupled with the questionable savings on items are not available in the store I am forced to reconsider being my membership at this club.
