I don’t get here often but when I’m in town I make a pit stop here for breakfast. It’s never terribly busy for breakfast. The front of house is always very clean. God has always been great and service is fast.

Today is the first I've been here in a yr. Last yr it was great
Today however was horrible!! How can anyone mess up pancakes? Dirty grill?
Well they looked yucky and tasted the same. The coffee was like dishwater. The bill was $40 . I could have enjoyed spending that somewhere else. I'm very unhappy and intend to never return.

Compared to a bad McDonald's at best . Tasted like freezer food 👎🏻

The wife and I have never waited so long for a couple of eggs for breakfast, almost an hour, complete failure of management, needless to say I'll never go back to that particular Bob Evans again

Order a strawberry pie for an occasion, get the pie home and find out how generous they were with the strawberries…. Maybe 1 complete strawberry and I’m being generous when I say 1 complete one in the entire pie. More filling than strawberries….. For the money go to wegmans and get what you pay for 🤷‍♂️

Went here with my family this morning. Food was not cooked all the way especially the sausage links. Pink inside…Disgusting. Pancakes didn’t taste good either. Very disappointed. Then it took about 15 mins for anyone to come over to the check out area for us to pay when they seen us standing there while a lot of the waitresses were just standing there talking. Will not be going back.

The girl with the dark
Long hair, training was much friendlier than her trainer. Good food, much better than cracker barrel across the street. Music was like being at candle store? Greeting and a smile is so important for business. I worked with Bob Evan’s myself, and he insisted that to everyone ! Uniforms were checkered red and white , down home country look.

I placed my order for pickup through doordash and yet when I got to the restaurant to pick up. I figured I could use the curbside pickup but when I called for curbside pickup they told me I had to come inside to get it. When I returned home with my wildfire chicken salad with dinner rolls on the side, there was two rolls in the takeout container that were so hard. I could have used them for a hockey puck! I couldn't even pull it apart. It broke apart. It was that hard. Clearly it has been sitting out under a heat lamp since this morning! The salad to say the least was subpar as well. The tomato was white far from being rife and I found cut pieces that included the stem and core that clearly was not removed when the tomato was sliced. Something tasted off and I'm not sure if it was. Just maybe the dressing was out of date or old or something else within the salad. That was not fresh but it had an odd taste so I did not eat the rest of the salads. I barely ate a quarter of it. What a waste of my money and time!

On Mother’s Day I had a wonderful meal. Honey Breaded Chicken over biscuits, mashed potatoes, corn. Chicken moist. Food was at the right temperature. BUT on Monday 5/12/2025 went back for breakfast. This was terrible. Ordered eggs over med well, came out overly well done. Toast was burnt (Black). The shedded potatoes were hard crisp on one side but potatoes when flip over were cool. Bacon was ok. The cook should have noticed the burnt toast and removed it, and if the cook didn’t notice the server should have, and ask for the cook to get a new order for toast. This meal would have never passed Bob Evan’s inspection. Also the servers were too busy with their social talk, and no one came over to refill my water, or ask if I needed anything. I gave 10% tip my normal is 20%. The hosted had blue jeans with large holes in, which is a so called fashion statement I guess.. More professional dress code is in order. I will check them out again, but will take a picture the next time to post. If they need a new toaster, please get them one.

Worst experience I've had at a Bob Evans. The food was okay. The service was terrible and the bathrooms are dirty.

So we ordered takeout as a family of 4 and went in to get our order. Had to stand and wait for awhile before even being asked if I needed help then once I told them I was there for my order they had to look, come to find out no one checked the ticket machine so the order was not even made meanwhile they have time to go get photos of the sunset and play in the back which is fine it’s dead but you still have to work at work. Then once they find out the order wasn’t made, never once received an apology nor an offer of personality instead I quote (I hate big orders like these) was a thrown out of her mouth! Excuse me go home and stay out of customer service with your miserable self. I’m sorry Bob Evans even hired you. Honestly from other reviews the main problem with this location is people so I’d close it down and let Cracker Barrel take over. Also to the woman sorry I even tipped because you surely didn’t deserve a cent
