First let me say both waitresses appeared to be fairly new. Our server was friendly but she needs to find her voice when speaking to customers. She spoke very softly. She also wasn't quick to initally take our drink orders or bring them. Confidence will come in time, I'm sure. When our food finally came, my sandwich was incorrect and the "loaded" fries weren't that loaded. I asked for breaded chicken on my sandwich and it came out grilled and was missing the bacon that was to be on it. Had someone come back to ask if everything was OK, I would have addressed it. Since that didn't happen I ate the sandwich that was given to me. Our server didn't come back to our table until we were finished and then asked if we needed anything else.

Ordered the turkey & stuffing to go. Didn't get the cranberry relish. So frustrating because it's not the first time things aren't up to par with this location. 3 strikes, you're out.

So food when it was done correctly was not bad…but I had to send my French toast back since it was barely cooked, also ordered my hash browns extra crispy…see the picture NOT EVEN CLOSE…1 piece of bacon was perfect and 1 a rubber noodle….the waitress (Becca) also has a depth perception issue (i guess) as she slammed every glass down, without offering to clean up the spillage and grabbed the top of the coffee cups by the top of the cup…do not really want your finger germs where my lips go…just not good over all…

The food is absolutely horrible at this location. It's a waste of money and calorie intake.
I ordered a meal after a long 13-hour journey, hoping for a hot, comforting meal. Unfortunately, it was far from that. The carrots were undercooked, fries were cold, and part of my order was missing. When I called to address the issue, their only solution was for me to return to the restaurant to retrieve the missing items—completely inconvenient after such a long trip. Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend.

Nothing great, nothing horrible. Server was awesome, but the food honestly wasn't any better than McDonald's. I was expecting to be blown away well because it's Bob Evans. What got me was the food was barely warm. I thought it was cooked to order. Next time we'll just go across the street to cracker barrel.

We eat there yesterday..My scrambled eggs were cold..Pancake were dough..Not cooked long enough..Bacon was to hard to chew...Dec coffee was alright and potaoes..No toast was seved with meal...

The only reason I gave 1 star was for the waitress since she tried to make things right.The food was absolutely terrible!The bacon was spoiled you could smell that it was..biscuits were hockey pucks..sausage gravy was edible but way to much browning sauce..sausage patties were burned on one side..sausage links were also burned..pancake was raw in the middle and cold.. i was able to eat 1 biscuit and overcooked hashbrowns out of the i ordered..that's the food..the restaurant was cold..and the bathrooms were freezing and in need of a complete cleaning..I will never go back to this place..on the way to pay for our food saw the cook on her phone while preparing food.I will be posting this on my Facebook page for EVERYONE to avoid this place in Chambersburg PA.

Ordered 2 Thanksgiving meals for elderly patents whom are home bound now.Sherry was wonderful with taking my order.The meals were thrown together. Nothing separate from each other. It looked like a dog food plate. Was very disappointed. My parents always ate in . Will never Order there again in take out.
