Honestly, the free refills on the *excellent* hot cocoa makes this one of my favorite stops. The cinnamon apple topping for pancakes is delicious. The fruit cup option instead of taters is awesome - I wish the apples were red delicious instead of the green apples but that's my only gripe there. No complaints here :)

(And the fact that the owner actually checks these made me up it to a five instead of a four - I like the proof that y'all care about your customers!)

Less crowded, much faster service than cracker barrel across the street

Nice place to visit with a friend. The place is not really noisy like cracker barrel.

I believe the server was new and did not get my order right. She was good about correcting it. And the corrected food she delivered was great! We had not been there in about a year because the service was so poor back then due to a severe staff shortage, but we thought we'd try it again. We'll go again. Love their sausage gravy & biscuits.

Let's be honest. Sometimes when traveling you want a meal (breakfast) that you can depend on being what you expect. Sometimes you are not in the mood to experiment with an unknown. Bob Evans is pretty consistent as breakfast place while on the road. They know how to cook eggs and the bacon is on point. This location had attentive service and good coffee; perfect for us as we were on the road to other places.

Left PA heading to NC today and planned on stopping at Bob Evan's for breakfast. Normally we would eat at Cracker Barrel, but thought we would mix things up. Not a good idea.

My wife decided to order some chicken soup because we were told the lunch menu was available. A few moments later, sorry no soup. She then ordered oatmeal. When it came to the table she asked for milk, sorry we are out of milk.

I ordered eggs, potatoes and toast. My eggs were cold and it sure would have been nice to have jelly for my toast. The visit was less than perfect, I would suggest you pass on this place.

Our waitress was great, even though she had tables all over the restaurant, she was always content and on the ball with things. Bill for the both of us was just under $30, she deserves the $10 tip she got from us.
Food was fantastic, and portions were huge, cook was good! All staff were great, when we got there, it ended up being a rush, but everything was handled like professionals..

My friends and I had originally planned on going to a competitor for supper but when they were far far too busy, we chose Bob Evans. And I'm glad we did. There was zero wait for a table, our server was friendly and efficient, the food was tasty. My only negative was the hash browns were a tad undercooked but that's a personal preference...I like crispier hash browns. They were still delicious! All in all, it was a delightful experience as will for sure be back!

A very courteous server who did what she could, but this place is clearly run by people who couldn't care less about what they're serving up. Chicken noodle soup so excessively salty it was inedible (like they spilled salt into it and served it anyway). Biscuits so raw inside they were inedible. When I got banana bread to replace the raw biscuits, it seemed to be the end pieces of an old loaf. I paid the bill because I should have known better than to go into a restaurant with 5 cars in the lot at 7pm. My idiot mistake so I paid for it. However before I left, I told the manager my complaints and she expressed regret, but I simply cannot believe this was a surprise for her to hear. You don't get food like this served up unless something is severely wrong in the kitchen. And I now see other reviews here to confirm it. Ugh.

I don’t get here often but when I’m in town I make a pit stop here for breakfast. It’s never terribly busy for breakfast. The front of house is always very clean. God has always been great and service is fast.
