This is a decent spot to grab a pizza. Pizza came out fresh and as expected!

Someone placed an order using my card a they wouldn’t refund my money!!! She says we already made the food call the place where you ordered it from like really!! ?

Pizza wasn't great, got my order wrong than argued with me as I'm showing him the receipt and the pizzas he gave me. Then they fixed it by slopping mushrooms on it with cheese and throwing it at me. Never coming back.

This past Friday, a few colleagues and myself stopped for lunch. When we walked in, there were two little kids (without shoes on) watching anime (loudly in Spanish) in a booth by the door. They were clearly the owner's children. Behind the counter, there was an older teenage boy and his mom. They were on a video call with someone and continued their call behind the counter for at least 3-4 min while we were reviewing the menu at the counter. There was no acknowledgement what so ever.
Once they got off their call, the teenage boy took our order. After paying for what we ordered (you pay ahead), my coworker reviewed her receipt and saw she was charged for a cheese steak and not the cheese steak pizza she ordered. She brought it to the young man's attention and he argued with her, saying that's not what he was told. -Rather than just apologizing for the misunderstanding and correcting it. Their soda machine did not have ice. The owners had a cooler behind the counter that held ice. Every single soda needed to be changed, as they were all flat. When the teenage employee brought our large pizzas to the table, he did not bring us plates. He sat back down behind the counter on his phone. The bathroom had urine all over the floor and toilets. The dining area was disgusting with trash, sticky tables, and crumbs. Our pizzas were mediocre. Our buffalo chicken pizza was soggy with buffalo sauce and the chicken tasted questionable. Understand that we were the only customers they had for the hour we were there. So the poor service, good, and lobby appearance was not due to how busy they were. It was definitely the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. The health department should most definitely pay a visit.

Sub was ok..but when I looked at my receipt to find they charged me 15% for using my debit card ...We went to Big Oak Cafe yesterday for a sub ..it was amazing ..and $2.50 less plus no hidden debit card fees..screw Brothers

2nd time I've order delivery for pizza and both time did I have to immediately put it in the over at home. Shouldn't have to heat up my pizza 2 minutes after it comes through the door.

Horrible food, no ice, no napkins, forgot one of our orders and then did it all wrong. No paper towels in bathroom.

Terrible downhill slide the last yr. Pizza tase awful with a weird aftertaste. Just got a ham and cheese sub. One slice of ham and a pound of lettuce. More of salad on a roll. Ask for extra mayo and get none at all. From the person that answers the phone to the cooks it's ridiculous. They always reply to reviews saying thanl you for bringing it to our attention so we can improve. Why not improve on the bad reviews with the previous customers? Better off going to bonanza for the same price lunch wise. Or a few microwaved hotdogs would even be a step up. It's my fault for giving them another chance when Marie and sals is the best pizza place in the area. My opinion.

Ordered through slice and never received my order. I was told it got delivered to the house up stairs and it was gone once I went to check. I called back and my number was blocked. 0/10. Wish I could get my $17 back or at least my food.

Food was a major let down. Everything and I mean everything was soggy. The pizza tasted off like it was watered down and reheated/not fresh at all. I don’t recommend ordering from this location.

The food was delicious, the pizza was a little bigger than normal but it was DELICIOUS, it takes them a little to serve the food but you understand the normal, the girl who attends took a little to make the order but everything is perfect!!!!!

This was the Italian hoagie they just delivered; I’ve ordered from them many times, are they under new ownership or something? Literally threw this right in the trash. Meat didn’t even look edible.

This restaurant has really went downhill and service lacks. We won't be back
