Brother's Pizza Chambersburg

Place is in need of a deep clean! Super dirty the pizza tasted worse than school cafeteria pizza and the meatball sub was terrible!

This place open on our tax dollar due to certain political polices or something?
Place is filthy, they have horrible attitudes,pathetic customer service and the food🤣?? These people know nothing of pizza or Italian food, nor do they have any respect for customers that continue keeping them in business. My guess is every customer is a 1st time visit because nobody in their right mind would waste money twice on this crap. Basura!!!! Horrible crust, cheap canned sauce, heavily processed cheese, light on toppings, everything lowest quality possible. Only thing this place has going good is the location. And that should be given to a quality place. Save your money, just buy a loaf of bread,a can of Ragu and a pound of kraft cheese. It'll be better than the pizza here. Or waste your money and find out for yourself.
To the owner or whomever writes the BS replies: stop lying and using copy/paste for replies. Nothing taken seriously. Good luck on your next venture. This place is on its way out. Why do u have no carbonation or ice for drinks? That's a different kind of ICE u need to keep out

Trashy, theirs people out back working on cars 24/7 theirs beer bottle caps in the parking lot so that’s a popped tire waiting to happen. Not to mention how god awful the food is would not recommend

Updating from five stars because sadly this restaurant as really declined in their food & atmosphere. The last few times we have dined in have not been a good experience. There is never ice in the fountain. They offer ice from a cooler but it isn't enough & the soda is warm. The soda from the fountain is flat. No condiments offered anymore such us parm cheese, red peppers, etc. Those jars are always empty. The ketchup for the fries is a generic brand. It also seems they have switched the pizza toppings to a brand of lesser quality. When we arrived today the restaurant smelled extremely strong of propane. The atmosphere is now dirty and looks run down.

Definitely needs some improvement. Restroom was a disaster zone. (Reminiscent of an abandoned gas station). Ice machine doesn't work. Soft drink machine has no carbonation. Pizza was mediocre at best. Service is less than mediocre.

This used to be my favorite pizza place like 2yrs ago, Now every single time I order from it, Everything is SO undercooked. I got a medium pizza and mozzarella sticks. I could see the pieces of shredded cheese. The cheese on the very top was melted, The rest was not. The center of the mozzarella sticks was cold. At first it looked lightly cooked, Just not crispy, but it was just not cooked. I guarantee the ratings would go back up if they cooked all their food to temp. I just wasted 20 bucks.

If I could give a zero star review I would! Ordered food at 11:46 am for delivery that was to arrive at 12:31; at 12:23 it said my food was out for delivery. I was a 3 minute drive from the store. 40 minutes after my delivery time my food still never arrived. I called to complain to the store twice the first time they claimed the food should be there shortly. When I called the second time to cancel their response was “cool bye”. They are by far the most unprofessional restaurant I’ve ever dealt with. I would not recommend them to anyone!!

Hard to believe this place doesn’t have more bad reviews than this. Ordered a pizza with wings at 11:46. Out for delivery at 12:23, at 1pm it still wasn’t here, I’m less than a mile away. When I called and asked for a refund, they automatically knew what order it was for, acted super unprofessional on the phone. Dismissing me and then hanging up. I wouldn’t eat here even if I was paid to do so. Acting like that to someone spending money. They have no problem charging people for a “small business fee” but don’t give me any reason to support this “small business” Zero stars would be applied if possible. 🗑️🗑️🗑️

Ordered to two cheeseburgers subs on way home from work. Was told over phone 15 mins. Sat there for 35 mins waiting. The place was empty. Not sure why it took so long. Got home to tasteless burgers, no flavor at all! The bread was hard as a rock. I will not be ordering here again. Wasted money on food that was disgusting 🤢 and had me waiting to long for service.

This is a decent spot to grab a pizza. Pizza came out fresh and as expected!

Someone placed an order using my card a they wouldn’t refund my money!!! She says we already made the food call the place where you ordered it from like really!! ?

Pizza wasn't great, got my order wrong than argued with me as I'm showing him the receipt and the pizzas he gave me. Then they fixed it by slopping mushrooms on it with cheese and throwing it at me. Never coming back.

This past Friday, a few colleagues and myself stopped for lunch. When we walked in, there were two little kids (without shoes on) watching anime (loudly in Spanish) in a booth by the door. They were clearly the owner's children. Behind the counter, there was an older teenage boy and his mom. They were on a video call with someone and continued their call behind the counter for at least 3-4 min while we were reviewing the menu at the counter. There was no acknowledgement what so ever.
Once they got off their call, the teenage boy took our order. After paying for what we ordered (you pay ahead), my coworker reviewed her receipt and saw she was charged for a cheese steak and not the cheese steak pizza she ordered. She brought it to the young man's attention and he argued with her, saying that's not what he was told. -Rather than just apologizing for the misunderstanding and correcting it. Their soda machine did not have ice. The owners had a cooler behind the counter that held ice. Every single soda needed to be changed, as they were all flat. When the teenage employee brought our large pizzas to the table, he did not bring us plates. He sat back down behind the counter on his phone. The bathroom had urine all over the floor and toilets. The dining area was disgusting with trash, sticky tables, and crumbs. Our pizzas were mediocre. Our buffalo chicken pizza was soggy with buffalo sauce and the chicken tasted questionable. Understand that we were the only customers they had for the hour we were there. So the poor service, good, and lobby appearance was not due to how busy they were. It was definitely the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. The health department should most definitely pay a visit.
