Brussels has become a staple in our Chambersburg trips! Whether it is for a coffee, a delicious crepe or waffle, a breakfast sandwich, or their special limited Belgian hot chocolate, it is always worth the stop.
With kind staff and a great atmosphere, this is a business that really wants to see the downtown thrive, and to thrive right along with it. Can't recommend it enough.
This is a lovely little bistro that is consistent in food quality and service whenever I happen to stop in for a bite! I love the Vanilla Chai Tea and breakfast tacos the best! Alex does a great job of making everyone feel welcome and it’s worth the trip to give this restaurant a try!

Alex reached out to my husband to better understand what went wrong during our visit and went above and beyond to make things right and assured us he was very eager to improve in any areas he could at the cafe. It’s not very often a business truly cares about the customer or how they can improve in the future. This meant a lot to us and we will come back soon to give it another chance! Thanks, Alex!
