The ice cream was awesome. They only have drive thru and ordering windows. Also, it is right by the road and family friendly.Dietary restrictions: Some of their products are not diet or allergy friendly. Make sure to ask about the food before eating.
It's "Pumpkin Season"!! I bought ice cream for coworkers and purchased the Pumpkin Pie. Everyone enjoyed it. It tasted exactly like pumpkin pie, just a frozen version.

It's an ice cream stand in a shopping center, but it was quite pleasant the evening we stopped. There are several tables and chairs for sitting while you enjoy the excellent ice cream. We were passing through so I can't speak for all their flavors, but the butter brickle was great. The ice cream was creamy and the brickles were ample.

Been coming to this store for awhile. As of lately the orders have been smaller and less inviting for the additional costs I've been paying. I understand inflation may affect overall cost increase however that shouldn't affect the amount and appearance of the product if we're paying more correct? I'll not be visiting this store or any other for that matter!

I use to love coming to Bruster’s because I’m lactose intolerant. They have a variety of non dairy flavors. I ordered two dips of Mint chocolate non dairy and two dips of Strawberry non dairy. I realized that it wasn’t non dairy. I called to make a complaint about being served the regular ice cream. The clerk/manager Jasmine Bowers refused to remake or refund my order. I went back to Bruster’s to explain in further detail and the clerk name Abby gave me such a hard time. She emphasized that I should have repeatedly said non dairy. It is not my job to constantly repeat my order several times. This was the second time my order was made incorrectly. I understand mistakes happen but I have a problem with not correcting the issue. Most importantly not coming up with a solution to satisfy your customer.

Service was good and food was good but Bruster’s now, essentially, has their employees pan handling for tips. Attempting to subsidize your employees wages by requesting tips from your customers is gross. Pay your employees a decent wage. Won’t be back.

Large selection of many flavors. Not your typical vanilla, chocolate, butter pecan, etc. Hard to choose. Service was pleasant and prices very reasonable compared to other local ice cream joints. My new favorite place to go with wife and puppy. They even gave a smal serving with a bone for our furry friend. Great location with outdoor seating under the trees.
