Vary slow i shouldn't sit in the driver through for 40 minutes for a single meal when I'm the only one here the bald employee was sitting by the window on his phone the whole time I understand being under staffed but this is ridiculous and it's not like it's the first time it's every time I'm here

Found a peice of grill brush or something in my burger. Absolutely disgusted. It was a pretty big chunk too . I have pictures of it. I feel so sick to my stomach.

You better off going to the actual place and even then the place is dirty and the employees are dirtier.. when you door dash they don’t care what food you get my order was 65$ in meals and ended up with jus three plan burgers … yea save yourself the headache cause they don’t take responsibility they jus tell you call door dash smh something needs to happen manager being fired I don’t know cause this is happening to people in chambersburg from this place way to often

Honestly one of the worst fast food places I’ve been in. Horribly understaffed, employees complaining, flies everywhere, the employees didn’t know what they were doing and looked lost half the time. Never eating here again, -500/10

Great service by a young man with an accent! I didn't get his name! Used my BK app for an offer, and tried a chicken wrap, which was not great, but ate it anyway. I guess I was just disappointed by the size of it and the lack of ingredients with the very small chicken tender. My other food was good! French fries were nice & hot.

Made an online order at 3:01pm 12/20/27. Got there around 305-309ish. My food wasnt done till 3:42ish. It was not just me. Several other had the same problem. A doordasher actually cancelled his order. I didn't even get an apology for the wait. I will not be stopping there. Will post over multiple platforms.

Sat in the drive thru for over 15 mins and no one ever came on the speaker to take my order. Suppose to be fast food not take all dam day food smh

Update: 12/8/24 - Service was friendly. Took a little too long at drive through. Asked for no ketchup on burgers and they put ketchup anyway.

3/10/22 - Very rude employee claiming to be the general manager. Drive through Friday

Never really get Burger king much anymore because always some issue. Either missing food or u wait forever for ur order and taste like crap. Placed my order and took 10mins to get over to BK to then stand inside for 24mins 52secs until my order was finished. And mind u I did not get alot. The New Bourbon BBQ whopper was good except the bacon was under microwaved.. an the sauce amount was just enough that a ant could probably tatse it. But over all will be another couple months until we order BK again. Especially the one on Lincoln way East Chambersburg..
