I went at 1100pm there to be open till 1200 no one came to take my order i sat there for a couple minutes and no service false statements on the sign saying 12 midnight open

The place was not busy. Lobby was clean. Mens bathroom had zero Toilet Paper. Behind the counter was a complete mess. Basic cleanliness was void. Line workers were eating food while standing over the food they were making. Employee with airpods in while others trying to communicate with him. Plenty of employees to have ensured a professional and clean environment. The personnel at the counters and drive thru were friendly and helpful. The new young lady who took my order was also friendly and helpful. Overall. If I lived here...I would apply for 2nd shift to run this place and have it fixed within a day. Whoever is in charge is not even trying to do their job.

FOOD WAS DELICIOUS, SERVICE BRUTAL! I was in the drive thru when I thought about making a review on here, because the guys working here were carrying on and took forever to give us our food. A guy named Sergio must've showed to visit them that they knew, so they were distracted and talking to him and getting our food took a long time. We were the only ones in the drive thru and it took 4 - 5 minutes to get our food. The only reason I gave a 3 was because the food was amazing. I'm all about having fun while working, but not to the point where the service is brutally bad.
