Caretti's Pizza and Italian restaurant

The restaurant was a pleasant surprise since we were 200 miles from home. Our server Quinn was especially friendly and brought our orders very quickly, accurateltly and always with a smile. The ambiance was perfect for a fun experience for the entire family and we all look forward to visiting again! I would highly recommend for an enjoyable and fun time as the food was great and the portions were large enough to enable us to take home for another meal!

The food was phenomenal. And the service was top knot. It was our sever Quinn's second day and she was amazing . Definitely will be back next time we are in town.

Ordered a Friday night pizza, simple just cheese. Arrives and already looks horrible as the cheese shifted so much you couldn’t see where it was cut. Upon pulling it apart there was nothing but doughy crust and unmelted cheese under the sloppy top. I’ve heard this place is awful and I know it isn’t affiliated with the other one but this was one of the only options for where I am. I thought before I go to Google or another platform let me reach out to them, so I called. Told them the issue…they said nothing, absolutely nothing in response. They put the phone down and I could still hear background noise but eventually the line went dead. Tried calling back and not shocked but no answer. What a way to run a business 🤦‍♀️ Don’t go here, save your time, money, and appetite. Go to the one on Philadelphia Ave. or just don’t go at all.

We ordered delivery while vacationing from out of town—a garden salad and a cheese pizza. The garden salad was fresh and enjoyable, served with Ken’s salad dressing packets. The pizza had a nice thin, chewy New York–style crust and plenty of mozzarella cheese.

However, there was a downside which is why I gave the food rating a 3 star. The pizza was lacking in overall flavor and leaned salty, almost as if extra salt was added to make up for the pizza's shortcomings. A richer sauce made with tomato paste, green peppers, garlic and basil would add much needed depth and balance.

The service was prompt and friendly.

Loved the experience, my cousin and I came and the workers are very nicceee to us and the owner is very funny… on top of that they have good food.

We just ordered delivery today. The owner was very very nice on the phone. We did call to make sure the delivery gentleman did not get lost as for some reason the gps always messes folks up. The delivery gentleman was very nice as well and even apologized for being a little behind but we weren’t bothered at all and just glad he was able to find us. :) I’m not sure why people are so rude on Google reviews. We will most definitely order from this establishment again.

It sucks to even share this experience, which by the way was the “push me over the edge” moment. Most of the time, I NEVER have an issue, but the POOR customer service I received from the OWNER HIMSELF really disappointed me. An order was placed for pickup for a BBQ CHICKEN pizza. When I got to the store, a buffalo pizza was prepared. I told him “um I’m sorry but it’s supposed to be a bbq chicken pizza” and then he starts going back and forth with me- mind you other people are in the store. He kept saying that I was wrong as if I’m not the one who was around when the order was placed!!! He was very very RUDE! Then after telling him his customer service isn’t good at all- I get back to work and he CALLS MY JOB and speaks to my manager!!! Not only is that weird, but who does that!!! All he had to do was say “I’m sorry for the misunderstanding, I must have misheard you, let me fix that for you” and it would have been all good! As an owner, you need to DO BETTER. It’s the prideful, rude, aggressive behavior that will be his downfall- not just a couple of bad reviews. I think I’m going to just back off from there which sucks cause it’s the best pizza around. I’ll stick to Brothers pizza.

Stumbled upon Caretti’s Pizza by accident yesterday with my girlfriend, and wow am I glad we did!
Got the carbonara, a slice of white pizza, and a side of meatballs, and everything was just phenomenal. Without question, the best, authentic Italian food in Chambersburg😋.

Met the owners, and they could not have been any nicer or accommodating. Special place, and we will definitely be back❤️

Family friendly atmosphere or perfect for date night. The service was fantastic and was very clean. For us it was amazing because of the many Gluten Free options; my husband has celiacs disease and was so happy to eat out and have so many delicious options (including apps & desserts)! The food was delicious, highly recommend!!

Wish I could give 0 stars. A large group of nurses ordered from here. Several of them had special orders due to allergies. The order was placed through door dash. When it arrived almost EVERY SINGLE SPECIAL ORDER WAS INCORRECT! When we called and asked that they fix the mistakes they refused blaming door dash. Apparently they can’t see special orders?!?! We spoke with both Angel the owner AND his wife. They refused to remake the sandwiches! Repeatedly. The only offer they made was to make new sandwiches, charge us again, and we’d have to come get the order. I will again point out we are nursing staff, CNAs and doctors working at Chambersburg Hospital. We cannot leave to pick up food even if we were willing to pay for it again. Now several hungry healthcare workers are hungry and out the price of a meal. Total this order cost over $120. So disgusted with this “customer service “

I really like owner personal touch in the restaurant. My lamb gryo look awesome. It just too quiet for me at the time I came him, and owner was ask to help me to order, but overall it was great.
