My husband and I stopped by the drive thru late at night immediately after getting married. The staff were extremely nice and excited for us! It made our night (well, on top of getting married, of course) and the food was great! The cookies and cream milkshake is delicious!

10/10 Best fruit cup we’ve had at a Chick-fil-a. The ratio of apples to other fruit is perfect. Sweet blueberries and strawberries.

It was fantastic. First we went through the drive thru and a wonderful young lady took our order and was very precise. Second the food was hand delivered to us by another attentive young lady. The Service was impressive. The food was fantastic. Thank you so much for your attention to details.

every time we come here; they either give us the wrong sauce or no sauce at all. no matter if we order through carry-out on the app or in the drive-thru the sauce is always incorrect. i understand its a small mistake but for it to happen every single time we order at this place is getting annoying. My boyfriend and i would be surprised if it WAS correct at this point. the food is great & the lights are beautiful but its not even worth it

Everytime I come here I end up getting food poisoning because my chicken is never cooked all the way through. I’ve tried this place 3 times after I got food poisoning the first time and sure enough my chicken has been always raw. Worst chick fil a I’ve been too. I’ve even worked at one in Carlisle and this would never slide.
They are slow. They have the slowest kitchen in Cburg. The are disorganized. Don't go

We’d endured a 12 hour day of travel through rain, fog and snow. Decided to pick up salads from the Chambersburg location since it was less than a mile from our hotel. Unfortunately we used the drive-thru and trusted our order was right. We ordered a Cobb & a Market salad. Got to our hotel, checked in and sat down to enjoy our dinner only to discover there was no dressing for either salad. Then as I was cutting mine up to try to get any moisture possible out of what was in it, I discovered they had given me the wrong salad! I had gotten the Southwest with extremely spicy chicken. No apples, blueberries or blue cheese crumbles. I found it practically inedible. So disappointing.
There were so many very polite young people working there that this should not have happened. We’ve gone to so many other stores and never had this kind of experience.
I hope the person who got my salad enjoys their dinner and that management takes note of this situation and impresses on the staff how detrimental this is for business.
