I waited for over 10 minutes to get my online order which I specifically did so I wouldn't have to wait. The little boy at the register acted like he had no clue what was going on. Very poor service

The new guy that was prepping the tacos and burritos was absolutely awesome, but was embarrassingly belittled in front of the customers by a female coworker or possibly manager. She should get reprimanded because he was just doing his job. It made my little sister cry because she felt so bad for him, and at the very end of it all, he still had a smile on his face serving other customers while the female coworker was talking bad about him in front of the other staff and customers.

Waited 30 minutes because they’re extremely short staffed. then was told they only have chicken and everything else will take too long. It’s sad. I haven’t had Chipotle in years and I think I’m fine keeping it that way. Ended up not ordering anything

I got up to the counter to place my order and was greeted with a “what do you want?” The female employee was super rude the entire time she added things to my order. Then I get up to the register, and pay with a gift card. Employee behind the register took my gift card that still has $25 and laid it on the counter, looked at me and pointed to my bag and said you can take it.

I said. Not until I get my gift card back. There’s still $25 on there. She rolled her eyes, grabbed my receipt out of the trash, checked my balance and said. Ugh you’re right. And gave it to me.

Never in my life have I seen such AWFUL customer service. From now on I’ll drive 40 mins to a different location. Do better Chambersburg.

We don’t stop at chipotle very often, maybe once per month for a treat. The food is always great, and I would say that most of the staff is friendly and receptive to what customers have to say. However, there’s always one bad apple in the bunch. I had to tell the guy taking my order three times what I wanted, it was like he was in a time warp and not able to comprehend what I was saying. This last visit wasn’t the only time, as I mentioned most of the staff is friendly and great at their job, but there’s always one that just isn’t up to par. That being said once again, they also forgot an extra side of guacamole. It’s not going to stop me from going there, I just wish all the staff was in tune with the others.

Multiple instances of them forgetting half the ingredients in the bowl. A couple instances of questionably cooked chicken. Just got a bowl that was just white rice, chicken, and shredded cheese despite ordering 5 other ingredients, including an upcharge ingredient.

Not 1 star because occasionally they’ve done well in the past but I think the whole chain is past its expiration date.

Never get a mobile order, they charge you 5$ for extra and then give you a half portion, my 4 ingredient burrito is now a 2 ingredient, rice a plenty but literal scraps of meat, had to eat half of the rice stick before I found any chicken and these are the biggest pieces you scam artists should be boycotted i regret ever wasting my time or money on this hole.

After today, I'm just done with Chipotle. I've been going to this location for probably 15 years at this point, close to their opening. In the beginning this place was great. Food was reasonably priced, staff were really good at what they did, and the flavor was spot on.

Today and previous recent visits have been nothing but disappointment. $31 for 2 entrees , drink and chips. My wife and I were driving home after a long day and I've usually been able to eat burritos while driving. I ordered the asada and some guac. Half the amount of rice since I know sometimes overloading burritos is a lot.

The person wrapping my burrito put so much cheese on that she couldn't close it. Not even close. They needed a second wrap which spread all of the toppings everywhere, creating a long tube-like burrito. I understand that sometimes the burritos are just too full for some staff, so as I usually do in that situation I suggested just throwing it in a bowl but I was looked at like I was causing an inconvenience. They proceeded to double wrap it and still spill portions the toppings (the up-charged Carne Asada and up-charged guac).

So I took my burrito 45 minutes home and ate my blandly flavored cold cheese-tortilla. monstrosity. I'm done with this Chipotle, and probably every Chipotle. Even if I typically grab a salad - the flavor, and the price you pay just isn't worth it. Bye Chipotle 👋 nobody needs that much cheese

Drive to another location. Skip Chambersburg store at all cost.

I stood in line for about 15 minutes with only 2 customers ahead of me. And when it was almost my turn I had to walk out. Wasted time. Because I watched the young lady preparing the food REPEATEDLY PUSH HER GLASSES UP ON HER FACE WITH HER GLOVES THAT WAS SOILED FROM PREPARING CUSTOMERS FOOD. JUST IMAGINE SOMEONE GRABBING YOUR BURRITO THEN TOUCHING HER FACE THEN GRABBING UP YOUR LETTUCE AND CHEESE WITH THE SAME HAND, TOUCHING HER FACE AND GLASSES AGAIN THEN USING THE SAME NASTY GLOVES TO FOLD UP YOUR FOOD AND SERVE IT TO YOU & SHE DOES THE SAME THING TO THE NEXT PERSON. ALL THE GERMS FROM HER GLASSES SHE HAD ON ALL DAY SHE TOUCHED EVERY UTENSIL ALL THE FOOD... I HAD TO WALK OUT. AND I WASN'T GOING TO POST THIS REVIEW. BUT AFTER CALLING THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER TO REPORT IT, THEY SAID THEY WOULD REACH OUT TO ME AND I'VE HEARD NOTHING. & TO ME THAT WAS VERY UNSANITARY AND I WOULD NOT WANT SOMEONE TO SERVE MY FOOD IN THIS WAY. MAYBE AFTER THIS REVIEW THEY'LL ADDRESS THE SITUATION. I DON'T WAT ANYONE TO LOSE THEIR JOB, JUST PLEASE TEACH THEM WHAT'S EXPECTED SO IT NEVER HAPPENS AGAIN. IT'S NASTY. I DON'T WANT YOUR SWEATY DIRTY GREASY GLASSES APART OF MY FOOD. IJS
