Been coming to this location for years but my last few trips in were not as pleasant. The restaurant is not as clean as it used to be and the staff is unfriendly, very!

Inside of the restaurant is often quite dirty. Got food here yesterday and wound up getting very sick.

The tables and floor were absolutely disgusting. It was so dirty! The staff were rude and a lot of the food options ran out.

The team I had the pleasure of talking to tonight on 07/10/2025 are amazing, the guy who helped us out was outside for a small break and rushed back in to help us, I couldn't say enough good stuff about him so thank you for helping me and my brother after leaving our automotive shop late at night you guys are great!

They are so hot or miss here. Tonight was horrible. Got a bowl and it wasn’t even half full and only had 4 pieces of meat on it. Wife’s was to have guacamole on side and they put it on it. Daughter got a kids meal with steak and it was still raw and only 6 little bits of meat.

Super skimpy on the protein so I’ve learned my lesson and stopped going.

The food quality is decent, but the serving is very inconsistent. They only fill half the bowl with rice, and portions of other items like chicken beans are extremely small. If you ask them to serve a proper quantity, they charge extra. It totally depends on who is serving you—male staff are generally polite and serve better, while female staff often don’t serve properly. This inconsistency really affects the overall experience.

Very bad. She put couple pieces of meat. when she scooped half fell down back and I got half scoop. Place is not clean.

First, if I could give them 0 starts for service I would! The service is so bad every time I go in there. I don’t know why I keep thinking it will change. They were out of brown rice and the girl said “can’t you just eat the white” no. I want the brown rice. It was made all she had to do was go get it. These people act like they are doing me a favor by coming to work. I am so sick of being treated like crap in the store. I have to say this is the last time I will go to the Chambersburg, Pa location!

Unfortunately if I see the same persons on the line I know I’m getting half portion then I normally get. I got chipotle last night and had great service and normal portions. But today for lunch the line person serves you half the portions that I normally get at other chipotle locations or other line stay. I noticed the store looked very dirty, floors need swept tables were sticky and need wiped down. This seemed unusual for a lunch time I expected this when I come in at 10:30 at night.
Just some suggestions staff should all be trained on portions, services and cleanliness.

Terrible location through and through. It's a shame because for many many years it was great. The decreasing portion sizes running parallel with increasing prices is insulting to consumers. This time they charged me for chips that I did not receive. Not to mention the general miserable expression the employees wear on their face each time I come in. Management is clearly running this place into the ground. Pathetic corporation opting to engage in profit maximization while minimizing customer value.
