We don’t stop at chipotle very often, maybe once per month for a treat. The food is always great, and I would say that most of the staff is friendly and receptive to what customers have to say. However, there’s always one bad apple in the bunch. I had to tell the guy taking my order three times what I wanted, it was like he was in a time warp and not able to comprehend what I was saying. Okay, I read a lot of these reviews before coming here and I personally had the best experience. They LOADED up my bowl. The food was hot and fresh. I never had an issue when coming in the store. Online orders though at any chipotle isn’t that great, BUT when you go inside everyone is very friendly and the food is great. The team I had the pleasure of talking to tonight on 07/10/2025 are amazing, the guy who helped us out was outside for a small break and rushed back in to help us, I couldn't say enough good stuff about him so thank you for helping me and my brother after leaving our automotive shop late at night you guys are great!
