The team I had the pleasure of talking to tonight on 07/10/2025 are amazing, the guy who helped us out was outside for a small break and rushed back in to help us, I couldn't say enough good stuff about him so thank you for helping me and my brother after leaving our automotive shop late at night you guys are great!

The food quality is decent, but the serving is very inconsistent. They only fill half the bowl with rice, and portions of other items like chicken beans are extremely small. If you ask them to serve a proper quantity, they charge extra. It totally depends on who is serving you—male staff are generally polite and serve better, while female staff often don’t serve properly. This inconsistency really affects the overall experience.

this chipotle needs to come up with a resolution this year to stop leaving so much fat in the meat. why every single bite of meat was full of fat. inedible basically. it’s so bad for a while I was getting a veggie burrito then getting a rotisserie chicken from giant, seasoning it, and putting it on my burrito. it makes no sense to have so much fat in the meat. CUT THE FAT OFF THE MEAT OR SOMETHING. Dont get started on the steak. the never ending chewing.
