It's not the same anymore.... It's like they want to fail! The menu has changed, many things are missing, in the restaurant itself feels cold, temperature and atmosphere. So disappointing.

I love their food. We usually have to wait a bit, however, because it's somewhat crowded -- because it is popular.
If I could rate lower I would. The waitress London, not only rushed us our entire visit, she wasn't very pleasant. It's not like we came in last minute. We arrived around 8:15 pm. There was 3 adults and 2 kids. When the check came there was a qr code to pay. So we used the code and even tipped 18%. Afterwards my wife and her family was browsing the store area. I went out for a smoke. They went to pay for candy. The cashier asked if they had paid for their dinner and they told her via online using the code. As they went to leave the waitress approached them at the door and accused them of not paying. She was rude, obnoxious and loud. It was extremely embarrassing. Completely uncalled for. We are a biracial couple. I didn't see her do any of this to any other couple or family. When my wife told me what happened I went back inside to speak with a manager. Stacy was his name. He acted as if it was no big deal. Came across as mildly aggressive. After we left I called back in to speak with him again because he offered no resolution. It's Saturday. Monday I may be contacting a lawyer about the defamation. Extremely upset about our mistreatment.

My husband and I had a great dining experience at the Cracker Barrel in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. The food and service was excellent!

We usually have an enjoyable time having dinner at the Cracker Barrel, but this time it was different the young man who was the mayor D apparently was having a bad day evening and conversing loudly with a coworker, using extremely file language even the F word in what has always been a family restaurant there was a family with three small children walking up to that station just as he was saying that word I was very disappointed
