Very dissatisfied with my pizza this evening. I ordered a meat lovers pizza and a cheese pizza. The cheese pizza was correct but the meat lovers had black olives, mushrooms and onions on it that I didn’t order. I called the store and wanted me to drive back to the store and they would make me another pizza but they had to have the incorrect pizza in their hand. I shouldn’t have to had drive back to the store for them to make it right. It should have been done right the first time. This is unacceptable.

I have never been treated so poorly as I have tonight. Dawn who messed up my order of wings, didn't put sauce on them and when I called to tell them they told me it was not an issue and to come get a new order of wings. When I arrived she claimed I needed to bring the messed up order back. There was zero mention of this on the phone. This is not the first time there was an issue with Dawn. A few weeks ago I sent my husband down there to pick up our food with cash. She wouldn't accept the cash and said he needed to pay with a card. I called and explained I would come down and pay with a card and was not at all happy about it because my children and I just got home from a 600 mile trip and they were the only things open. When I got there she refused to give me my food until I apologized to her. I walked out. I'm not apologizing and then giving someone my money. This domino's is 1 block from my house and I have frequented this domino's 2 or more times per week for 10 years and have never had an issue at all until this Dawn girl. I don't care how close and convenient they are, I will never go there again.

I wish I could attach a picture of the 2 pizzas Dominoes sent me with missing cheese, and over baked. Money is TOO tight to be messing over peoples coins and sending out unacceptable finished products! I’d rather spend my money at Little Caesar’s! Not as good but cheaper if I’m not going to get what I want anyway! Really disappointed in the Queen St store. This was why I stopped buying from the Lincoln Way location.

Ordered pizza and chicken for curbside delivery. Tracking on phone said order was complete. Waited 5 minutes before entering store. Asked young female behind counter if order was done. She said it was not out of the oven yet and should be right up. Manager who was making pizzas yelled at staff about wearing gloves in front of customers waiting for their orders. If you want to reprimand staff do it behind closed doors. That is the poorest show of leadership I have seen in a long time. Manger needs removed or reprimanded herself for such behavior.

The customer service here is awful. I placed an online order. I was very specific when placing the order however it seems like they just made whatever they want. I called in and spoke to Dawn. I told her what happened and she sent the right pizza out to me. Not only did we have to wait but Dawn wasn't the nicest. The second pizza was finally delivered only for me to find a hair in it. I called back and requested that I speak with a manager. Dawn disclosed she is the manager. I proceeded to tell her what happened. There was dead silence on the phone where I thought she hung up on me. After the long pause of silence she finally asked, "Well, what do you want me to do about it?" I asked, well what do you usually do in a situation like this?" She proceeded to say she's never dealt with this before. I thanked her for her time and she sarcastically yelled, "Have a good night!" I will no longer spend money here. The service is horrendous!

Go to pizza place for good prices and fast pizza ! Can order on app to pay in store and order ahead and there’s always good deals going on, emergency pizza is the best when not expecting it! Also for a dominos their wings are pretty good esp the mango jalapeño:)
Always wonderful in there. Sp well manored. Always on time. And there food.... I can't even tell ya how great it is along with there special deals and coupons. My favorite is pep pizza and a side of the best parmesoan bites

Just know if you order on the app and type your address right. They might mess up your address on the receipt and try to deliver it and it not make it so they just mark your order as complete. So you call and they ask you to pick it up and still charge you the delivery fee because it's the apps fault not the stores.
