I’m a regular at this Dunkin, so the morning crew always recognizes me when I pull up. They are the sweetest people ever and we sometimes have small conversations. They recently opened up a newer one in Chambersburg much closer to me but I will still drive out to this Dunkin because of the connection I have with the staff. My order comes out right all the time and I usually don’t wait that long. I don’t write reviews often but I felt like I needed to because they deserve a good review.

The worst dunkin' experience. Yesterday, I was in a hurry and ordered a latte, but it was burnt, completely undrinkable. Given my time constraint, I couldn't return to the store to report the issue.

Closed early would not take our order just the girls inside looking at us laughing and eating donuts. Wouldn’t let us order even though showed open for another 15 min on google.
I am at this Dunkin almost everyday. Monday- Friday I never seem to have an issue. But Saturday and Sundays it’s always an issue. Staff is rude, rushing you and never seems to get anything right.
