I go here at least 3 days a week for my morning latte. It's always perfect. I'm so happy that all of the employees there were trained to be consistent. That is hard to find at any coffee shop nowadays. Also, I love the new pancake wake-up wraps. So good!

For DoorDash orders- they NEVER have what you order, putting the driver in a bad position of trying to reach the customer and the customer in a very frustrated position of not getting what they already ordered. This is a continuous problem that wastes EVERYONE’s time and shows very poor management and ordering/manufacturing products. This shop is open all day but is sold out before 10am? Regularly? Maybe consider NOT offering a DoorDash option if you are consistently unable to match supply to demand ordered? And no, I’m not a door dash driver, I’m the customer REPEATEDLY refunded and the poor drivers have to contact because yall don’t even have glazed donuts (seriously?!?) or any donuts at 9:20 am. And yes- this has occurred several times over several years. The donuts are good (the RARE times you actually have them in stock) and no- it’s not a holiday today or any of the other times I attempted to get donuts delivered.
