The coffee was terrible. I ordered a hot French Vanilla Coffee with oatmilk, but it tasted like dirty, bitter water. I've never experienced coffee like this before. I will not return to this location.

Food and coffee was good, as usual, but the wait time in the drive-thru was ridiculous! We were in line for 35 min! There was a 7 min wait between receiving our coffee and our food order of a bacon, egg and cheese wrap and a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. That's unexceptable! 🙄

This place is horrible. Ive gone here twice thinking the first time was a fluke. The first time I ordered a ice coffee and they put granulated sugar in it which of course didn't dissolve and wasn't even stirred. The second time they put granulated sugar in both my iced coffees - I specifically asked for liquid sugar, didn't try to stir them, and handed me a burnt croissant sandwich. By Burnt, I mean fully black charcoal on both sides. Also didn't give me reciepts so I could call corporate.

The blonde should find a different job, she can't even get a simple order right after repeating 3 different times! After seeing what drinks she was going to give me they looked like shit so I said I wanted everything else but the drinks once I got up to the window. As many times she rolled her eyes I'm surprised she didnt roll her head off her shoulders! Worst part is manager was right there allowing this behavior if not acting worse than she was! I ended up just driving away. I wasnt giving my hard earned money to somewhere who clearly doesnt value their customers and can't even provide a little bit of respect. I'll never return to this Dunkin and will gladly spend my money elsewhere.

Placed order for 3 drinks , repeated order, got to the drive up window & had to repeat the order…AND she STILL got one wrong even after yelling in the window that I ordered pumpkin.. Not Hazelnut !! She gave us nasty hazelnut. If you can’t understand English , you shouldn’t be working with public. We will NEVER return.
