This was Our First Time that we have Eaten at this Hardee's, and We couldn't Be More Pleased! The Staff is Pleasant and are Very Helpful. Mom and I thoroughly Enjoyed Our Supper! You ALL Rock❣️
Wheelchair accessibility: They could work on the ramp for wheelchair accessibility. It is a struggle to get up on the sidewalk because of the height difference between the road and sidewalk. I had to get my Mom on the sidewalk going backward. The bushes out front also interferes with the width of the sidewalk. It's really tight. They could use a shorter trim towards the sidewalk.

The service was ok. Not enough team members working during lunch. My food was edible but far from being up to temperature. I was going to take it back for 'hot ' food but the line was way too long and with only one team member working the entire front and being on a time crunch I just ate it cold.

I didnt want the swiss cheese that comes with the hot ham sandwich. I asked them to replace it with another cheese, and they charged me $.50 to do so. Usually, substitutions arent charged for, just additions. Thanks to this one Hardees, I will never eat at another Hardees ever again.

Ordered a Frisco BLT chicken sandwich first of all it was not on the frisco bread it was on a roll the bacon was raw the tomato was yellow and hard and the lettuce had brown spots on it!! Very disappointed now I remember why I don't eat at Hardee's!!!
