Since the store has been under new management compared to when they first opened, customer service is SUPER great! They take the time to explain things to you, and make sure your order is correct. They make up their faults when mess ups do occur. Employees are very friendly, and listen well! 10/10 prices are still cheaper than subway for a bigger sandwich. No hot subs though, maybe the overall franchise should open that up?

Tonight was the third and last time we will order from Jimmy John's. The order was incorrect and a meager sandwich at best. Total rip off. When I tried to explain what I wanted they just looked at me with a blank stare. Next time I'll go to a sandwich shop where they understand English and I can actually see what they are putting in the sandwich.

Come on everybody knows that Jimmy John's is a hundred times better than Subway this is a great Community Place I love visiting Jimmy John's I hope and pray they find a newer location that is easier to get to

There’s only 1 entrance to get to Jimmy Johns so It can be confusing especially if it’s your first time coming here. However, the restaurant is very clean, service is fast whether you dine in or go through their drive thru. Staff is pleasant and they’ve always gotten my orders right.

This place sucks. I asked for. Extra mayo and didn't get extra. Then in the same order asked for extra pickle and I litterally got a whole pickle! What the hell is that
