Since the store has been under new management compared to when they first opened, customer service is SUPER great! They take the time to explain things to you, and make sure your order is correct. They make up their faults when mess ups do occur. Employees are very friendly, and listen well! 10/10 prices are still cheaper than subway for a bigger sandwich. No hot subs though, maybe the overall franchise should open that up?
Come on everybody knows that Jimmy John's is a hundred times better than Subway this is a great Community Place I love visiting Jimmy John's I hope and pray they find a newer location that is easier to get to
There’s only 1 entrance to get to Jimmy Johns so It can be confusing especially if it’s your first time coming here. However, the restaurant is very clean, service is fast whether you dine in or go through their drive thru. Staff is pleasant and they’ve always gotten my orders right.
