I called in and placed a to go order. I asked them to put salt on my fries when they came out of the fryer. They told me they dont salt anything and asked me if I wanted salt packets. LOL how hard is it to grab a salt shaker and put salt on them? Its a flick of the wrist. Come on! Seriously? That is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. If I am requesting it. It should be done. Weird.

Order food call in had to wait 20 min for food complained to waitress she slamed the windows shut been going there for years never going back

I am not sure this place will pass an ADA inspection! Booths are approximately 2 feet apart for an isle between them. Posts in middle of walk ways area and restaurant is crammed tight! We arrived here at 9am for breakfast but was interested in a ham club (all items that are on a breakfast menu... bread lettuce tomato bacon and ham) I asked waitress if they could make this item she said No and wouldn't even go ask cooks. I ordered a soda (didn't recieve a straw) so I then ordered a BLT and my wife ordered same except wanted wheat bread... waitress repeated whole wheat? My wife said yes. Recieved sandwiches and both were on white. Recieved receipt after one bite of food almost feeling rushed! No drink refills were offered on soda or hot tea. Then they charge additional cost for credit card. Will not come back due to all of the above. They need some serious customer service training!

I've been wanting to try this place for a while. The food was fantastic. Service was not overly good, I ran out of coffee twice. She basically just didn't come back much. Still would come back, maybe she was having an off day. I would recommend this place even after a not great experience.
