Missing food!?! My boyfriend had ordered mac and cheese with his meal and we were never given it. Hopefully we weren't charged for what we never received.

Honestly it was very disappointing for a steak house. They charge 35$ for a steak with mostly fat on it. the price is just too outlandish and the food was mediocre at best. You can go to Texas Roadhouse for better food, you won't break the bank, and you can still get beer. This is pretty much a bar at this point with overpriced food.

they were very disrespectful, i feel like it was a race issue!! we were given dirty looks and you can just feel the negative energy when we met with the waiter. when asked to switch to a table that was clearly open mind you a whole section that was free we were given even more dirty looks and the servers weren’t trying to do it. she was asking other workers if anyone would even want to seat us so we decided not to stay. do not come if especially if you are of color never again will i visit this place very unprofessional!!!!!!!

11 of us 4 steaks cooked wrong. Fires warm. Chicken tenders warm. Mac and Cheese warm. Never checked except to say did you get everything. Did comp one meal.
Drinks were good. Place was clean.

The lemon garlic chicken is way too salty I thought was the glazing was the salty part but the chicken itself is too salty I ask if I can get it replaced for not too salty kind. It took them another hour to bring the exactly same chicken I gave it to them and it's already in the to go container and I still pay for the meal. I'm not going on that place anymore. The service is awful.

I ordered their chicken sandwich which is my staple order at longhorns. I couldn’t find the chicken on the bun. Other patrons were complaining about their food. The server was barely apparent. Saw I didn’t eat the food and asked nothing. Manager never came. Just a bad one.

We took our son their for his birthday ordered 3 12oz rib eyes .They didn't look like 12 ounces and they were very thin and chewy not very tender all 3 of them.For $26.49 a ribeye we were very disappointed with our steaks .Service was fine but we expected tender steaks.

Better high end chain restaurant. Went to the same place like 20 times and never had a bad experience, mostly same staff which means good management.
*UPDATE After 10 years is still our go to steak place, consistently a good experience, no surprises.
