My sandwich and stone cold and they acted like I was the problem. The manager said she would be right with me but just ignored me and had everyone else handle it. If your customers are an inconvenience then maybe you shouldn’t be working for them. I’m sorry this place needs to be shut down

Honestly I would give this place 0 stars if I could they are so slow and the customer service sucks, have to wait 10 minutes just to get someone out front to get something. And there is a lot of door dashers that come here for what I seen and I feel bad for them since they wait 20 minutes for someones order. Then get yelled at by some black lady to move their car, and threaten them, what kind of service is that?! Why threaten your customers Be more like the McDonald's out in Scotland!!

Seems I'm not alone with experiencing cold food and slow service - 30mins for two BigMac Meals. I figured it was a Sunday afternoon staffing issue, but the reviews here make it seem like a 24/7 issue. The staff were busy, but less than half necessary. The manager wasn't helping out - so the few staff were swamped with the drive-thru, walk-ins, and online order pickups. Ths tables weren't cleaned and the trashcans full. The womens restroom was clean, but the mens restroom was nasty (mold and feces in the toilet). Owner/manager needs a wake-up call.

The fries are never fried long enough and the ranch wrap had no ranch. There should be an option for crispy fries.
Hamburger came without a patty, waited another 20 minutes to get a new/ replacement burger, with service that did not wish to help at all

Honestly I have never seen so many employees visibly standing around and goofing off back behind the counter as we were all waiting on food for well into 30 minutes inside. Extremely unprofessional.

Mcdonald's used to be a fast food restaurant, well not anymore, I'm writing this review here in line waiting for my mobile order, they say if you order in the app you get it faster and blah blah blah, but I've been here for almost 30, and I'm still behind a car, this is not the first time they take long but i never had to wait 30 minutes in a drive Thru before especially in a fast food restaurant, and walk in is worse. Edit: at the end I ended up being there for 32 minutes, the line wasn't even that long, I had like 4 cars infront of me, also I waited that much for a large fry and 2 apple pies, for them to only give me one apple pie, they told me if I wanted the other apple pie to wait 6 more minutes which I didn't, and they didn't refund me that or offered me to get something else in exchange, of course they didn't, lazy employees that can't be more careless
