This store messed up my order and made the food so horribly that when I got it home I threw my food in the trash. Ill take my money elsewhere. Hardies is a few blocks further and they usually have good food

This McDonald’s is almost always busy as it is right off of I-81, Rt 30, and Walker Rd. Wait times can be a bit frustrating but the food and service is always great!

The front lobby drink counter was filthy with sticky spilled soda all over it. I went in and ordered for carryout and my food was good and warm but that front lobby could use a lot of help. There was a lovely young lady that helped when I needed some ketchup since their pump container was empty. I had asked another lady and she turned around and ignored me but the other young lady was very kind. I wish I got names but everybody was moving so quickly.

Ordered a coffee and they had us pull forward but also seemed like everybody else in line. Waited for over 15 minutes finally went in and they try to say that it already went out. Another person said I'll be right with you and then continually walked right by. Then another employee tried to give us coupons to use we told them we're not even from this area and they only could be used in the area. This is how the operate everyday that someone needs to take over to get the team in line.

Parking: The food was good, but the double cheese burger was put together very sloppy. Seems to be a regular occurrence these days. The counter person was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very clean and tiddy. The restrooms were also clean.

I was pulled up for waiting Said it would only be 3 minutes. 11 minutes went by, and I stopped the girl taking out food to another car that was a few cars behind me. They lost my order. I finally got my order, but my coffee was Luke warm, and my cheeseburger only had ketchup. Very disappointing.

It is a very long wait for a simple meal, only teenagers working there and almost always they are only talking to each other and the order, even when it is ready, you have to tell him to give you your order, this McDonald's is not good at all....

Did a mobile order 15 mins before arriving to the store and still had to wait 15 minutes for my food
Edited review from another visit. Placed a mobile order 15 mins before arriving. After waiting 20 in the drive thru they told me to go to a parking spot. I go and wait longer and eventually go inside. The other elderly lady parked by the door waiting.. the employee came outside the door barely and wouldnt take it to the ladys car window. Made her step out of her car. Almost every employee was standing around talking and not working. Maybe you guys should check your cameras and keep up with your employees. I counted at least 6 of them working. It should not take 35 mins to make two cheese burgers, 2 small fries and nuggets...especially when it was not busy! EVERY visit to this mcdonalds is like this besides early morning. I don't know why I waste my time coming to this store anymore.
