Seems I'm not alone with experiencing cold food and slow service - 30mins for two BigMac Meals. I figured it was a Sunday afternoon staffing issue, but the reviews here make it seem like a 24/7 issue. The staff were busy, but less than half necessary. If you’re going to charge extra for sauce, at least put the sauce in the bag. I’m always missing something from my order that I have to pull around and wait again for. From drinks, to fries to an entire sandwich.

It would Nice to get what you order always messing up i get to at least one every day for my niece and never and I mean never get the whole meal so I started checking my order before I leave the window.i thought when you tell them you want extra ff instead of apples that is what it means guess not
