This McDonald's seems to not utilize the drive though waiting parking spaces for when it's going to be a few minutes to fill out an order. Result is that their drive thru can back up quite a bit.

Seems I'm not alone with experiencing cold food and slow service - 30mins for two BigMac Meals. I figured it was a Sunday afternoon staffing issue, but the reviews here make it seem like a 24/7 issue. The staff were busy, but less than half necessary. The manager wasn't helping out - so the few staff were swamped with the drive-thru, walk-ins, and online order pickups. Ths tables weren't cleaned and the trashcans full.
