Drive through. I ordered and proboverlooked my order and agreed. Pulled up and got an iced latte instead of hot. The employee not only remade a drink but he was kind enough not to waste the mistake. Let's just say that little detail made for a happy employee in my team when he got a free drink. As Bob Ross had to say, happy little mistake.

Every single time I DoorDash from this place they absolutely never add the sauces you could put you want 10 sauces they’ll give you 0. People in this place just don’t care & you can tell by the way they handle orders

I tried to correct the mistake of the drink I was given thinking that was the only problem. Until I realized when I was headed down the road they gave me somebody else's order completely. I ordered a bacon double quarter pounder with cheese combo with a dr.pepper 2 hours ago. Amends were made with a reimbursement. Thank you for making up for the mistake

I stop here with my girls on the days we have to take my hubby to work. The last couple times have been down right rediculous! I've gotten attitude from an employee while ordering. That order turned out to come out wrong anyway so I had to go back and tell them it was wrong just for them to look at me and ask if it was wrong. This morning was telling me a price than I get to the window and it's about 6 more dollars than she had told me on the screen. Then looks at me and says, there isn't enough here, we'll no shit ? you told me a price and that's what I was expecting. Then the guy at the second window couldn't get his crap straight and left our food sit while running around trying to get an order ready that wasn't mine. Then comes to the window with that bag, ready to give it to me and then asked what I ordered. ??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️ I know people need a paycheck but do your damn job in order to earn that payckeck!!!!? Do better mcdonald's!!!! ?

This is literally the slowest fast food ever. Just stay at home and cook, or if you really want McDonald's, bring a pillow and a blanket so you can take a nap while they inevitably make you pull into a spot for 30 minutes.... and that's even after preordering on the app.

We were just at this McDonalds (Philadelphia Ave) 7/27 @4:15 PM and the employees there were fantastic. We ordered drinks and a French fry. They mistakenly handed us the wrong drink and before we even realized what happened they ran out to us in the parking lot to correct the drink.
