Newly renovated, there is a wait, but when this happens it means the food is cooked to order and hot and fresh. Most of the staff is very friendly and willing to help right away. Use the app for the perks.

Steak egg and cheese bagels we didn't even finish!! What a waste of money! The bagel was hard and cold! No taste whatsoever!

It's McDonald's. It was a good as it can be. Double cheeseburger with fries and a drink. Their prices are ridiculous high. Only stopped to eat a quick bite. Then I was continuing with my road trip.

This location had 3 televisions and all 3 had their volume on fairly loud. The noise was a bit much.

This is on Sunday Nov 24th 2024. Like all McDonald's they use kiosk that takes your orders that also so no customer service. We normally do not eat fast food but it was next to where we were going. The service was extremely slow, I would say about 10 customers in the store we were number 2 in line. We waited 10 to 15 minutes for our food. I know is fast food and not expecting anything spectacular, but our food was cold and buns soggy. The trash cans over filled and the tables were dirty. Again it's McDonald's and don't expect anything but. I think it's great that they have teenagers working. It is what they created these Jobs for, but you need a Mature, responsible adult to guide these young men and women. Just passing through can't say we would stop in again.

Line moved through relatively quickly, food was as expected. Decent stop off I81 in a pinch
Bread is usually always stale and hard. Staff normally is very incompetent. Management is iffy at best. Daughter worked there for a few weeks until she went back to her original McDonald's even though it's further away. Management is basically a circus. It all starts there.... worst Mcdonalds I've encountered. Instead of putting money into the appearance maybe try to manage what you have and don't have. Oh ice cream machine is always down as well but my daughter says she was told they do that when they don't feel like cleaning it. Lazy employees and Management

Ordered frappes, the machine was down. Got a refund, refunded the wrong amount. Tried to refund with cash instead of card which the transaction was completed with. Got interrupted and argued with every step of the way, then they said they didn't know or understand the discrepancy while interrupting my every sentence. Come to find out when I returned home every extra toping I ordered and payed for on each sandwich was not there. truly horrible experience, I bet they would get a order of ice water wrong.

The fact that I’m taking time to review a McDonalds says a lot about how gross this experience was. RUDE staff, so dirty, the trash was overflowing, the bathroom was nasty. The fries and nuggets were dry, cold and hard. Never expect much from a McDonald’s but this one was disgusting
