I ordered 2 happy meals and a couple sandwiches. We were missing 1 toy, 1 pack of apples, and had no sauce for the nuggets.We had to turn around and go back. Then I went and had to stand at the counter until they were putting an order in the pickup window to grab someone.There was a general lack of concern about the inconvenience.

Both drive thru employees were rude. The lady that took my order told me the cafe coffee machine was down but when I pulled up to get my order I could very obviously see the machine being used to make a drink. If you hate your job so much maybe you should find another one instead of being rude to your customers

I ordered a large black coffee with 8 sugars, a vanilla cone and a small coffee with cream and sugar. The coffee was room temperature, so I asked for fresh coffee. I didn't mind waiting. Unfortunately they made the coffees wrong and I had to wait to get them again. Likely due to not paying attention to their work and holding unprofessional conversations. The young ladies were bad mouthing "Crystal", one of the managers about the dress code and talking about their butts showing too much which was adding to my irritation. As well as all of the other unhappy customers, which were all discussing their unpleasant experiences at this location. Management/Ownership needs to make some serious changes here.

This was the Scotland & l-81 location. Food was not hot and barely warm for just being made. Paying cash vs credit seems to be an issue for the help. The place wasn't busy inside the location and really didn't see very many customers going through drive up. I'll be fair and try them again sometime.
