Under recent new management of a husband and wife who run it by themselves. Molly’s is a cozy small town eatery with decent prices. The staff is friendly, the food is tasty but nothing blew me away. You can expect a long wait for your food, it took my lunch 45 minutes to arrive, I suspect this is due to having one cook in the kitchen. As far as cleanliness, it isn’t the best place to be in a pandemic (reusable paper menus, no masks by staff, and it is a small space.)
The food is good and hot(only had breakfasts so far) and the staff is phenomenal. They make you feel at home and are super attentive without being overbearing. I would love of they had a stronger coffee, espresso or at least a bold blend. Can't wait to try more of the menu. Total 2 thumbs up.
Well worth a quick detour off I-81. Baked omlette and waffle were very satifying. Waitress brought both food and charm. Happy to support a local biz over national chains and fast food.
