We had a nice private room for our group of 8. Our server was very pleasant. The food, however, was mediocre at best - you know, the kind of food where someone next in a group to asks you how it is and you say 'it is good', but when asked privately you say 'it was fine, then list the things that weren't as good as expected. In my case, the Prime Rib was luke warm and the center of the baked potato was stone cold.
Without exception, everyone said' it is OK' and then followed up with 'I doubt that I'll come back' which were my sentiments.
The atmosphere made it a nice evening, but the food make it memorable - just not in a good way.
After I posted this, I saw that most recent reviews are far lower (2 or 3 star) than older reviews. The reviews all mention food quality and temperature. Management needs to do better and they can start by addressing these poor reviews and what they are doing to improve. I don't really care because we won't be back, but it is sad to see a place that had a good reputation go downhill.

We came for Valentine’s Day dinner and we were extremely disappointed. They booked a wedding during the prime dinner hours. We made this reservation months ago, eager to return from our first experience last New Year’s which was phenomenal. The “Cha Cha Slide” blasting while we were trying to have a quiet, romantic dinner at what is supposed to be a “fine dining” restaurant was really upsetting. There was a phenomenal live musician and we couldn’t even hear him, he was so frustrated that he walked off the stage. I don’t know who would book a wedding party on the busiest night for restaurants of the year, but we will certainly not be coming for future Valentine’s Day dinners. It completely ruined the experience.

The service was fantastic. The food was very tasty although I did find my crabcake a little dry. The ambiance was great. It was quiet with low light and very relaxing. The attention to detail was top notch from the warm heated towels to begin the meal and the pallet cleanser sorbet. The food presentation was also exceptional. I highly recommend this place for any special occasion.
Always tasty and pleasant visit!

Made reservations for New Years Eve at 6:30. What A Disappointment!! I’m not being unreasonable. I realize it is New Years Eve. BUT… we waited A lengthy time for our drinks and appetizers… People coming in and being seated. We waited 2 hours and 45 minutes for our main meal. People who came in after us were served, ate and left before we got our meals. When the food came it was cold like it sat. The Pasta was flavorless it couldn’t even be eaten. The two scallops and two shrimp were good that was in the pasta. I think one problem was You Over Booked Orchards in your time slots for the kitchen to keep up. Yes we complained. A Dinner Bill for 3 people $199.00 Food only ( which was not good). The charge for our drinks were removed. Yep that’s what Management did for us to make it right. Seriously???? We were at the restaurant for a total of 3 1/2 hours. Our plans for after dinner, were ruined. Needless to say, we will not be back!

There appeared to be more reservations than the restaurant could handle. Our service for five was terrible. We had to get our own drinks at the bar and the bar was not busy. We also were not informed that there was a set menu for $60 per person when we made the reservation. It was extremely disappointing to pay $500 for this type of service. All our courses were served at different times, so some of us sat forever and watched other people eat. We normally enjoy this restaurant, so we took our kids here. Bad choice.
Amazing time!!!

I ordered the prime rib. It was not hot. The crab dip was good but again was not hot. The waiter was nice. The ambiance is nice but could increase the heat a little bit because it was cold inside. I just didn't like that our food is not hot.

Ate here with a party of 16 as a reservation. They had a table set up with 10 seats that were packed together with limited table space. The rest of the guests sat behind us in booths, making conversation awkward. We ordered at 7:00pm and did not receive our food until about an hour and a half later. 2 entries and 2 sides were missed as the manager came out and asked “what are you missing.” Most of the food came out in 5-10 minute increments, not served at once. My haddock was slightly overcooked, but broccoli was great. Most of the other guests in my party had good feedback on the food, but service and organization was lacking tremendously. Clean atmosphere.
