They are employing chefs who openly want to unalive people of color… most radical racist comment and towards a child.. @nate heckman should be fired.

We have enjoyed the orchard many times but our experience this time was awful. The service was absolutely terrible. It took a very long time for us to be asked to order when we eventually ordered it took a very long time for each coarse to arrive. The food was good but the service spoiled our entire experience. We had friends from MD drive two hours to meet us we were embarrassed and very disappointed. The Orchards you need to do better!

We went to the Orchards for Valentine’s Day. We made reservations a week prior. We waited over an hour for our apps and had to wait another hour for our food. Our server was nowhere to be found, and our food was not worth the price we paid. The manager offered us a 10% discount off of a 120 dollar bill. We ended up being there for 3 HOURS before we ended up even getting the check. There was people complaining left and right, and getting up to LEAVE. My baked potato wasn’t even fully cooked. At a place like this? Come on. Management do better. You didn’t care to make it right to us. You lost many, many, customers last night.

Worst dining experience I ever had. They were wildly unprepared for Valentine's Day. Will never eat here again.

I went here for my two year anniversary on Valentine's Day and we ended up walking out and having a terrible evening. First off the customer service was horrible I called and the woman who answered was very rude to me. We were seated right away because we had a reservation and were approached by our server five minutes after sitting down. We put in our appetizer and entree order and an hour and a half went by and we did not even get our appetizer. We had to walk out because we were starving and did not see our server after she took our order. They took on WAY too many people for the night which made everything take extremely long. Even with a limited menu they struggled to serve guests in time which. It truly was an unpleasant night because we were hungry and just worried about when we would get our food. If I could give a zero I would but that's not an option. We will never be going back or recommending this place to anyone.

Had a reservation for a valentines dinner. I drove around 4 hours to come home and drive to the restaurant. We sat for 2.5 hours and received nothing. At about the 2 hour mark we were told bread was coming, 35 mins later there was no bread and we left. Complete waste of time and money spent on outfits and gas. Had to eat food in our car from a takeout place down the road. Will never go back.

Everything was good as always. We sat at the bar before dinner. It was a good experience all round.

We were seated promptly and the staff were friendly. The waitress was helpful with questions regarding the menu. Food was prepared and brought out in a timely manner. The men at the table had Ribeye steak and the ladies had Salmon and salad. Everyone's food was excellent. The steaks were tender and prepared as ordered. My wife said it was the best salmon she's had. We had the cheesecake for dessert. That was excellent as well. I would recommend The Orchards for a date night or special occasion.

The food and service were exceptional but the inside temperature could have been turned up a bit.

This place is awesome really. I didn't expect it to be this good. The food was great, service was great. My wife loved it. This is definitely a wonderful restaurant for all occasions. 👍 👍

Came here tonight to celebrate mine and my beautiful girlfriend’s 3rd year anniversary. It was absolutely incredible!!! I called in ahead of time to see if they could do something special for me, nothing specific, just special. Right when we got there we were treated by the friendliest woman (amazing smile!!). Then we had an amazing waiter help us out. He brought us multiple complimentary dishes that were absolutely delightful. From potato casserole to mango custard and crème brûlée. I made sure to leave a nice tip for the absolute best experience I could possibly ask for. THANK YOU Orchards Restaurant!!!!! See you in the future!

I Was there for an event and was really looking forward to eating fine dining! Salad was good. Got the chicken parmigiana.. I have never heard of parmigiana being a piece of chicken with a little sauce paste on top with a piece cheese a scoop of bland instant mashed potatoes, and a pile of canned corn. I am so unbelievably disappointed. I feel bad for the person who paid for this venue. The room we were in was nice, that’s about the extent of a good experience sadly! I will not be back. I had heard the food really went downhill and thought I would give it a try and judge for myself.

Giesels funeral home and the orchards have the same interior designer? Food was like dry dinner food under the disguise for “a fine dining experience”. The table was falling apart with screws jutting out and the arms of the chairs are peeling and falling apart. The smell of old mildewed books swarms you as soon as you walk in the front door. The decor is outdated and depressing the entire establishment is dusty and stuck in 2004.
