I took a dear friend there because they have vegan choices. I also needed to place two take out orders… and that’s when it went downhill very quickly. I asked them if they could bag them separately. They didn’t know if they could do that. The takeout came the same time or dine in arrived. NO THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO SEPARATE THE ORDERS. As a matter of fact, the both orders were THROWN into one bag. Salads on top of hot soups the baguettes just thrown loosely in the bag, not wrapped in any type of paper and while my friend waited patiently to eat her soup, I’m running around the restaurant trying to straighten out my takeout order I spent with tip over $95! To the management at the Chambersburg Panera, that is the last time you will see my money spent at your establishment.

Chicken rice soup was really good, BLT was good after I took it home and heated it in my microwave. Was served right from their cooler. Bacon was thick-cut (my favorite cut) but was too hard to bite through the cold hard grease/fat.

Broccoli & Cheese Soup was to die for!! Asiago Chicken Sandwich made special by adding increasing protein… add steak 🥩 + add bacon 🥓 YUMMY!!! ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!

Love this location. Especially the staff! The manager, Randy, is amazing 👏 He's constantly pitching in when they are busy. The other staff are kind and attentive. Sue, the catering manager, has catered food for my job in the past and always does an excellent job. Keep up the good work 👌

Not quite as calm as Starbucks, but the food is always on point. However, I asked the employee working where to pick up my food, and we just kinda stood there in awkward silence, but it was a great place!!!

Maybe if your staff are going to blatantly speak poorly about the customers they are serving, they do it a little quieter. It’s severely unprofessional. My sandwiches came loose in the bag with no wrapping and they tasted like I felt: Sad and disappointed.

To go order was not wrapped, was instead placed on a plate on the counter. Had to wrap it up myself and it came unwrapped in the bag so when I got home it was just a loose sandwich in a bag. Also, am older cashier was overheard saying rude things about a customer. Haven't been here in a year and I doubt I will come again. I've been in restaurant management for half a decade and this was unacceptable.

Cashier didn't ask if it was in store or to go and placed it for in store. I needed it to go and was forced to wrap my own sandwiches. Cashier was also overheard talking smack about me while waiting on a friend's order, which they forget croutons for.
