We ate there today. Missing ingredients and the food was not great.

Relocating to the area... tried this restaurant multiple times during the last 1.5 weeks. The food is okay, too overpriced for the small amount and little ingredients. My last order today was the Margherita Pizza. It is mediocre, barely any cheese and no basil whatsoever. The sauce was too runny and the tomatoes were too ripe. Needless to say that I will not return unless my support is made right and the restaurant improves and provides better coupons.

Everything was great. Coffee was tasty, everything bagel with chive and onion was delicious, service was friendly, location was clean and modern, highly recommend.

Today has been a major shortcut day in our crew due to tournaments so we blew through the drive through for some warm soup. Bummer there was no clam chowder but were content with a turkey chili and chicken noodle. The young woman at the drive through was nice; we simply said we had a to go and it was ready at the window-small cups for the price, but we were paying for convenience and ease on a very chaotic day. Content.

The coffee and sandwiches are still delicious. The coffee is served by push button Army sized containers, so they won't run out. Loved sitting outside today enjoying healthy Panera food.

I like to go here for quick breakfast and the food is quite good with nice variety. My only issue is, they seem to run out stuff frequently. I like a plain bagel toasted with butter. They had no butter pats ! Butter pats last; that's just poor inventory replenishment. Also, orange juice. Seems they're frequently low on it.Also, they run out of coffee in the containers. Seems like nobody checks until they run out. Same with the milk containers. All in all, a good place with quality food. I just ask if they have butter before I order.

I’m in Chambersburg twice a week and usually over lunch. Panera Bread is my go to for lunch. I love the sandwiches, soups and salads. I really love the ToastedChicken Frontega sandwich. I do a drive through, ordering on the app before I get there. The young lady, Hailey, at the drive through, is a delight!!! She always has a smile and calls me by name. Panera Bread is lucky to have her.

I'm feeling a little under the weather ?️, so when I got off work I didn't feel like cooking anything for dinner so I thought? Hmm why not some chicken noodle soup from Panera bread, maybe even a bread bowl. I was really hungry so I went ahead and ordered an extra cup of chicken noodle soup as well. This is what I got for $15.45 not even a full bowl of soup, with one piece of chicken in it the rest is broth maybe a chunk of carrot. Highly disappointed and I sat in line for about 15 minutes.
