Twice in the last 6 months my family and me tried to dine in at the store on Lincoln Way East. Both times we waited and waited being ignored by the staff in the kitchen for at least 5 minutes. We even tried to call but no one picked up. Finally when one of the staff did come out she gave the excuse that the only waitress was on vacation. Same excuse the last time we went. Do they ever have the dining room open? Is bringing a pizza to someone at a table that difficult? Do union rules prohibit a pizza being brought to the table? A simple sign on the counter or door would have let us know we should go elsewhere. I mentioned that and received a snide comment from her. We went down the street a block to Pat and Carla's and were greeted with a smile when we came in the door and had fantastic pizza.

Mentions delivery and the you receive a message that it is being delivered by door dash and pizza but shares your personal sensitive information with door dash and creates a door dash account in you name without your consent. Oh, and the pizza I ordered was subpar for the price I paid. Seems like pizza hut has gone down the tubes from what I remember in years past
Coming home from vacation we stopped here to get dinner. The food was decent.

We got denied dine in Service but there was family in there at 2 different tables( probably free food) eating ! You know if u could serve them you can serve other people and yes I took pictures from the car of you guys carrying on in there!

I placed an online order and was having trouble with the drinks. The website only wanted to give me 4 Diet Pepsi bottles instead of allowing me to choose my drinks. So I called and the girl was so nice and said to just place the order and she would personally make sure my drinks were correct. Had it delivered and the pizza was great and the drinks were what I wanted and ice cold! Thank you Pizza Hut!

Ordered a Stuff Crust wasn’t even done though the money was refunded I’m really disappointed had to put it in the oven to finish cooking now the guy who answered my call Travis my hat goes off to you went above and beyond his job to make things right but definitely won’t be ordering again

Yesterday I ordered a pizza and a bottle of soda, it was 9:10pm and the girl who brought the order did not bring me the soda and I called and they arranged to send it and no one arrived. The service is terrible, thieves, I will never buy from pizza hut again ? ??

I had ordered online for pickup later. My meeting ended early and I went in and asked if they could make it early.
They were quite busy and they were so nice about it and started on it right away. I appreciated the friendly staff and being flexible.

there was no dine-in but the pizzas we ordered were delicious. the bestest, most perfect pizzas i’ve ever had! & the worker especially was very kind, funny & genuine with us. thank you!

The family and I like to dine in when we go to Pizza Hut. The location in Chambersburg Pennsylvania seems to not allow dine in every time we attempt to go.We immediately leave and head somewhere else for supper.
