Sadly got 3 shrimp skewers, but the rice bed was the amount for just 1 skewer. They are skimping. Not surprising as the chain has been closing down locations as with many others like Applebee's, Ruby Tuesday, TGI Friday's etc. Just don't shortchange people, especially on something as stupid as rice??? If you buy 3 shrimp skewers, give 3 rice, right? Or no?

So let me start by saying that Aiyana was a excellent server she made sure we were taken care of. However our experience was far from the quality service we received. First we knew that valentines was going to be a busy night so at 5pm we did the online reservation thing for 6:15pm we arrived at 5:45 knowing we were early we checked in with the hostess and we're prompted that we would be called we waited and waited till we saw people starting to be seated after we would have. So checking back with the hostess she could not find us in the system at all it's now 6:25 pm . She apologized and within a few minutes we had our table. After a few minutes we felt a very strong cold air blowing down over us we asked about if they could turn it off and our server said of course we will turn it warmer. However it remained cold slightly warm as she asked if the temp was OK then shortly after freezing cold again for the rest of our meal. We then ordered our entrée I ordered a house salad with blue cheese instead I received ranch mildly annoyed I ate it anyways cause I like ranch but was in the mood for blue cheese. At 45 minutes into our wait for our food she checked on us and apologized for the wait and she was going to see what she could do about getting our food out as quickly as possibly. This poor woman was severly over booked and she was moving quickly to serve everybody clearly its not her fault .One hour and Twenty minutes later our food finally came. It was good the scampi was a little over cooked and tough portions taste and temperature was perfect. I know it's a busy night but come on with all the different choices out there to pick from we chose you guys and it wasn't up to standard. We came from Carlisle when we could have chose the Mechanicsburg location but opted for Chambersburg but this place is usually the better of the 2 clearly not the correct choice tonight.

Food was excellent as always. Busy that day and server was doing all he could. Gen mgr stepped in to help and was excellent. Both server and gen mgr were friendly.

We would love if you brought back the create your own combination lunches. We loved them and miss them. Have always had a good experience at Chambersburg Red Lobster. We love it but really miss the combination meals!!!

I don't eat seafood but my husband loves it. He wanted to go to Red Lobster for his birthday. I ordered the burger medium well with mayo and mustard. The burger came well done with no condiments and a burnt bun. When I asked for mayo and mustard I was told they don't have mayo. Shouldn't I have been informed about this when I ordered so I could have had the option of changing my order? I didn't ask for a new burger because my husband would have been eating alone at his birthday dinner. Very unimpressed with the expensive $16 burger. Dry, burnt and frankly Red Lobster should be ashamed for serving it like that in the first place. Where is your quality control?

I'm alot of water with my meal. When the waitress brought our lunch. She said I'll get you more water. 15 minutes later she took my glass and said I will bring more water. After she brought our bill. Still no water. They were not busy. Very few customers

Food wise my broccoli had too much salt. Shrimp was tough. Baked pot was fine. Service was just ok. These guys are usually right on but apparently they forhot someone was off and so that threw eveything else off.

Betty, a waitress, made a comment to a table that was leaving if you don’t have enough money to leave a good tip don’t come out at all. I think the comment was very unprofessional and inappropriate. A believe a tip depends on the service provided. When brought up to the manger, Jerry, he said that managers get put in the position and don’t even know how to do the job, guess he was talking about himself. Then he continued with saying he knows when watching people walk in if we are 0 tip or a 15% tip

This is the first time I've been to Red Lobster in many years. The last time I went in, i thought it was too expensive for what you get, and that was about 10 years ago. We went because this is where our friend wanted to go to fit their birthday. It was $128 before tip for myself, my wife, and my 8 and 10 year old kids. The biscuits are still good!!
