No complaints whatsoever, everything was great and we were waited on by a manager, who was very attentive!

I like Red Lobster the food is normally very fresh and I love the biscuits and the salads and the price is pretty reasonable too especially when they have all you can eat

Walked in at 1 pm on a Sunday. There was about 20 empty tables. Told the hostess "table for 6" because that's the size of my family. The look of fear in her eyes as she says to the back "I just had a walk in for 6" and told us it would be either an hour wait or my wife and I would have to split up with our kids to 2 tables because they "don't have the space"

Food sucks and is bland, workers are lazy, slow, and don't care about good service. No one wants to actually do there job here. I also deliver grubhub and anytime I come here for an order I wait about 20-30 minutes everytime. And it's freezing cold inside.

I am a fan of Red Lobster. Go in them often. This particular one in Chambersburg, Pa is especially good. Everything we ordered was fantasic. ABRI was our server this time. She did every thing totallay correct and on time. She made sure we were having a good experience. She deserves a big award.Parking: Easy parking. Easy entrance and exit.

Came on a busy Saturday night, the wait wasn’t hateful, and the food came out in a very timely manner. Charles was our server and did a fantastic job!

Lobster dip is really plain and underseasoned, it just tasted like chunky water. Mozzarella sticks were mediocre, the marinara had a really weird taste like it was old. The crispy dragon shrimp starter was the only semi-good part about the meal in comparison to the other 2 things we ordered, but it still didn't impress. The bed of cabbage they put it on top of makes the shrimp breading get immediately soggy, so it's not exactly crispy. Also, none of the shrimp were de-veined. I've had better shrimp at the Chambersburg Rutters, and that's saying something since that's just a gas station.. I wish I were exaggerating when I say this Red Lobster makes hospital/retirement home food taste like a 5 star gourmet meal, but I'm unfortunately not. Aside from the taste and textures Extremely small portions for all 3 of those items and my total came out to $40. I expected better out of this Red Lobster. If you're hellbent on eating at Red Lobster, make sure you go to the one near Williamsport, MD instead. It's worth the drive, they actually season their food there and the portions of their starters are worth the price. And they give you two bags of cheddar flaky biscuits for free with your meal when you order takeout, this Red Lobster did not include free biscuits with our meal.

I haven’t been to red lobster in a long time, but my grandmother suggested we go. The food was great and the service was excellent. Our server, Tucker is the best and was very attentive and polite. We would go back just to see him again.

Gave this place two chances. Endless shrimp, sat for 30 minutes waiting for first round of food and even to see my server. This time.. I find out I'm the only table... now I then find out the server is going through some tough times so after sitting for 23 minutes with the raw steak (ordered medium) grab another waitress... get manager... manager is amazing !!! Has been both times! But I go to give this server a tip and she chucks it like f me!!! Will not be returning. Pictured, "Caesar salad" that you get an upcharge for... that's wilted and also just as disgusting as the service.

I went there for lunch, and i noticed the air was very cold , so i told the waitress if she could turn up the heat instead .i got up to see the thermostat, which was 55 degrees inside and the other 63 degrees. In the end, one of the girls told me that the heat is broken . The furniture has seen better days back in the 90s , and the whole place needs a deep cleaning. The service is fine,It looks like the owner doesn't put any money back into this place , he pockets everything.I don't recommend anyone to eat there, the food is terrible.

My partner absolutely destroyed the crab legs here, suffice to say it was a wonderful time. The roasted brussel sprouts are divine, crispy and caramelized.

They really tried their best to serve us in a timely manner, but not having enough help made it difficult. The staff was friendly and nice, apologizing but it wasn't their fault. We made people to work. We will try again.

Waited nearly an hour for our food. Have to think that they were understaffed as they were not many tables with patrons sitting. Food was mediocre at best. Waitress was pleasant when she was around, but never really waited on us. She just took our orders and then brought our food. Next time we saw her was with the bill. Will not be back.
