Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I was having a wonderful lunch with my girlfriend and everything was going well until this person dressed in a bird suit began acosting me and my partner. The bird is very disturbing and we will not be returning if there is going to be some weird person in a bird suit bothering us after our meal. I have an allergy to birds.

Red Robbin is usually good. A bit pricey but usually a good burger. We usually have to make sure the order is all there for takeout. The fish and chips is a miss. Otherwise, great service and food.

The service is amazing per usual but something was off with the food yesterday I got the clucks and fries the chicken strips tasted old like left overs you let sit out all night then went to eat it again my bf got some kinda fish and he said it didn’t taste very good and last night into this morning I’ve been throwing up idk if my stomach just didn’t agree with it or what but as soon as we got home from here I was feeling sick and holding back vomit my man feels fine though

I had the chicken teriyaki sandwich w fries. The chicken was 1/8” thick. Barely could taste it. The sauce was just some thick glaze bought in bulk. The fries were pre cooked then nuked to extreme chewiness. Margarita never came. The server was okay but there was only 2 in that huge place so I still tipped 25%. It was a bad value for $14.99 for just the sandwich and fries. I wish I would’ve had the donuts with the pretzel shake for lunch then it would’ve at least been worth the calories. This place use to be good.

Drinks good. 7 of us. 3 got cluks and fries. Fries hot. Chicken strips over cooked ,dry,processed.
Salad good however enough finger prints on rim of dish looked like someone was being booked.
Over all little disappointed.

So today's veterans Day and I am a Marine veteran, Red Robin graciously gave me a free delicious Burger and wonderful fries. The fact that they do this it's so respectful bravo Red Robin thank you so much from the bottom of my heart

This locations fries always seem to be overcooked sometimes they bring out Luke warm fries which is disappointing

Only 3 stars because our server was great. Not his fault the food wasn't. The facility is starting to show its age - carpets look worn and there were spots on our table where the finish had come off and splinters were exposed. It's been a couple years since I last visited this location, it will probably be a couple more til I visit again.

The people are very nice, and they were also nice when I used to work here. I went back a couple years later with my mom and the food wasn’t as good as we remembered. Portions were smaller and the quality was slightly worse

We have been here several times through the years, each time seems a little worse :( This time it was a simple order. Plain well done burger with just blue cheese and lettuce to go. Got it home, not only was it literally raw, not pink, I mean RAW and dangerous but also it had relish sauce, onions and tomato. At that point I was just totally over it and could not eat anything. Oh! Endless fries LOL, ummm I counted 10 fries, perhaps you could throw in a few more than that?? Also, when putting together to go food, silverware might be a good idea. Overall, big dissapointing fail and third strike. Bummer.

When our food arrived, it was at best luke warm. The waitress was good.
We will not be back any time soon
