Bartenders are in no hurry to serve, even when the place is less than half full. They certainly gave the vibe that they really weren't in to serving anyone but customers I can only assume are regulars. Worst pwas watching one of them remove to glasses from the overhead storage area by sticking his fingers in them. But hey, I guess the liquor killed the germs.

If you want a place to lounge and catch up with friends..this is an ideal place..if you really want to eat good food...not so much. Service was extremely slow..and it was not busy at all..the staff was inside socializing..I could see this otw to the bathroom..and yet came back and still had to wait for the wairtress. Again..it was hardly anyone there. Food took about a hour and was cold / luke warm when It did arrive.. This place lives up to the name RELAX..service definitely does that.

Kitchen was way backed up or understaffed. Apparently the "boss" was on the line and he's pretty unorganized is what we heard. What food we did receive was cold and poorly assembled. Tuna mikes way and chicken casadilla. Still waiting on entrees for getting close to an hour now. Weird because we had a reservation and they admittedly over booked and gave our table away. That said at least they were honest about what happened and worked quickly to rectify the sit. Overall, the menu is over stated for the cooking ability. Best thing of the night was our server. She did a great job checking on us and keeping us updated on the kitchen issue. I hope they get it together for the sake of their staff

Dj DK is the worst DJ I’ve ever heard. He can’t transition or blend in songs properly. He dead airs or straight up hits next on his playlist. Food and drinks are fire though
We had a waitress that took our order, brought our drinks, and then our food. After that, not to be seen again! Then a different waiter asked if we wanted dessert, after we said no, our check came out and no further service until the hostess came over and asked if we needed anything. (Brielle) She was very kind and did an excellent job... unfortunately it was already too late and we had decided to not spend another penny. We felt as if we not good enough to be waited on.
Waitress was so much a gatekeeper she wouldnt allow us to sit in the area that the band was in because the “tables were for large parties” every time i went to look at our sitting options to watch the band she was there telling me this. There was as little as 3 people sitting at those tables. We had to watch the band thru iron bars. Maybe you should put the band in a more visible area for everyone.

A fun bar setting, our visit had two live musicians (acoustic and electric guitar and vocals). We sat on the opposite side of the bar so we could have a conversation without being drowned out. This worked out great for us. We were promptly greeted by Lauryn and got our drink order in. After we received our drinks, we put in our dinner order; beef dip sandwich with sweet potato fries, and a rib eye with mashed potatoes and a salad with the raspberry vinaigrette. The salad came out fast and was great (super fresh ingredients)! It took about 35 minutes for our entrees to come out, but they were worth it. I had the red velvet cake for dessert and it was fantastic! The line obviously takes pride in the presentation of the food that goes out and everything was made correctly. Lauryn was very professional and well timed when seeing if we needed anything. This is definitely a good place to grab dinner if you're in the area. We were passing through and came on the recommendation of our hotel (The Hampton Inn down the road). Thanks again for the great service and food!

Absolutely love the atmosphere relax has. Everyone I go for food or drinks I always have Shay who does amazing at her job and knows when to come check on my table or get me a new drink. Definitely recommend grabbing drinks here or grabbing food.
