I would like to give a glowing review but..... On the plus side Both the brisket and pork were flavorfull & well done. The Mac-N-Cheese was average as was the slaw. The real letdown was in the attention to detail. We ordered sandwhiches, sides and pork by the pound to go. But instead of a pound (16oz) we got only had 10oz in the container. Not the end of the world, but if that happened at a brick&mortar business it wouldn't go over well at all. Product Quality is a mixed bag: 4, Service is laxed but passable: 3, Portion control.. bring your own scales: 2. I know they can do better based on some reviews, but it's all in who is at the counter.

Ribbins BBQ catered my mother in law’s 80th birthday party today. It was nothing short of awesome! No regrets at all. We had pulled pork, sliced beef brisket, baked beans and mixed green salad. He came with everything we needed and thought of things we didn’t. It was a wonderful experience. Not a bad price either. I highly recommend!

Drove from Gettysburg to find out it was closed at 3:45 when it says open til 7. Apparently only open in the summer. If you can't be bothered to change the hours, you get a review to knock you down a peg.

I tried Ribbins today in Canal Winchester, OH in hopes of some great BBQ since it’s based out of state. Highly disappointed. 😩 $55 not well spent. Our ribs was tough and not warm, very little BBQ, the chicken was super tough and the Mac and Cheese was really bad- no flavor or seasoning. I love to support small business & rarely ever do a review, but it was bad.

Smoked turkey leg was delicious. Have also tried the bbq pork sandwich, mac and cheese, coleslaw, baked beans, and fries. Everything was delicious and well seasoned. Reasonable prices. Very friendly staff. Burnt ends with bbq sauce are delicious.

Had a turkey leg and brisket chili at there stand at the biglerville apple festival Turkey leg was so tough and undercooked a wolf pack would have had a rough time getting the meat off the bone and brisket chili cup was half full and not even a piece of brisket in the entire cup. Down right expensive and a complete fail....never again.
Absolutely delicious food! Just tried them today and will definitely be back again when we see them!

I was disappointed. I bought a half rack and beef brisket but neither had any real smokiness to it. Sauce was sweet. Pass on beans and slaw next time.
